Staff is caring, they want the best for me 3/1/2021

Th staff is really caring, they want the best for me. EVS has kept my room clean and tidy. I would like to recognize Tamra from EVS for going above and beyond. The food was delicious, I had stew the first night and it was wonderful, which set the tone for the other meals. I truly enjoyed the orange chicken and the taco salad too. I have the perfect room, I was able to watch a dad and son play in the snow with their dog. They made snow angels, even the dog. It was such a delight. Therapy staff is very knowledgeable and has helped me to progress so that I can go home. I would recommend this facility for rehab recovery care. more

Benefiting from exceptional care 2/23/2021

This is the best of this type of recovery rehab facility that I have ever experienced. My late wife and I have now been in a total of 7 different facilities during our older years, none of them were repeat visits, and I was beginning to believe there wasn’t a facility like yours out there. There are good people here, treat me nice and we get along great. Therapist are very good at therapy, it’s hard, but that’s what it’s for to heal. The food is fantastic, it’s served on time and hot. They make me the best grilled cheese and tomato soup. The cheese oozes out and I dip it in my tomato soup, just like when I was a kid. Dr. G is very friendly and takes his time to talk with me and answers my questions, he’s a good guy. Housekeeping is very friendly and keeps things organized. I have dialysis and everything works well there. I am looking forward to going home and being back on my own and letting another very deserving person come in and benefit from the exceptional care they can receive here, like I have. more

Happy with my Dr and Complete Care 2/22/2021

The staff is very nice, no issues, manners are great. They do something and they respond to you with you are welcome. They don’t ignore you like other facilities.. Food is very good and very tasty with a wide variety to choose from. Nursing staff is very responsive. My therapy staff has been fun. Brett, Frank, and Curtis were all very nice and funny. Ally and Raquel are very good, also. I am very happy with my Doctor and the complete care that I have received while I have been here. more

Everyone is friendly and I had excellent care 2/19/2021

I liked going down to therapy every day. My therapist really helped me a lot. Emily my nurse was wonderful. I wish I could have visitors, but I understand with COVID restrictions in place, I can not. Everyone is friendly and I had excellent care. more

All the staff are wonderful 2/18/2021

Everything is very efficient. All the staff are wonderful. Nursing was prompt and got me everything I needed. Therapy is excellent, they explained my goals, I am not where I want to be, but I wouldn’t be where I am now without them. Room was clean. EVS cleaned the room daily, changed the sheets and emptied the trash, also kept my bathroom clean. I have been having stomach issues so couldn’t eat much but the kitchen staff was very accommodating. This is my 2nd visit to this facility and I adore the staff. more

Wonderful Experience 2/17/2021

Everyone was terrific. My Nursing Tech, Kat was wonderful to me. She made me feel so special. Therapy was awesome and PG kept me on track. Everything was good from the food, and housekeeping to the Doctor, nurses and therapist. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. more

Motivated to do things I didn’t think I could 2/16/2021

Everyone has been wonderful. Everyone has helped me every time that I have needed them in a timely manner. It is like a family environment here. Housekeeping did a fantastic job taking care of my room and bathroom. The food was wonderful, everything just melted in my mouth. I had to always get two grilled cheese, they were so awesome. Dr. G rounded on me everyday and answered all my questions and told me how much I was improving. Nursing staff was like a family to me. Emily was my nurse and her timing is amazing, she was always there when I needed her. Mel in therapy was awesome. She got everything I needed covered under insurance. She was able to help me stand and work on my balance. She did so much to help me improve. She motivated me to do things I didn’t think I could. This has just been an awesome stay. more

Great Find 2/15/2021

Building is very clean. Staff is nice and friendly. I received everything that I needed when I needed it. Therapy was super. They gave me my goals and helped me along the way. I feel like I am ready to go home. Nursing answered my call light promptly and helped me with whatever I needed. Dr saw me everyday whether it was in my room or therapy gym. Answered all my questions. Case Manager was awesome, answered all of my questions and my kids questions. House keeping was great, kept my room and bathroom clean, changed my sheets and emptied my trash daily. Food was terrific, I loved the biscuits and gravy. I am looking forward to getting back to my normal life. I would highly recommend this facility. Me and my family didn’t even know this place was here. It’s a great find. more

Truly Blessed 2/11/2021

Everyone was so nice to me and took great care of me. When I went to therapy I couldn’t have asked for a nicer staff. The therapy team laughed and joked with me, but also made me work hard. The people that brought in my meals were very nice and always asked was there anything additional that they could do for me. I couldn’t have been taken care of any better. I told my therapist and nurses that I hope that when they get older that there is someone to take care of them, like they have cared for me. I am truly blessed to have been able to come here. more

Blessed to come to this facility 2/5/2021

The best people work here, everyone cares here and are exceptionally kind and helpful. This place is top notch. The Nursing staff was very attentive and always there when I needed them. The Therapy staff is amazing, they keep you on track and help you achieve your goals. Debbie, Curtis, Sue, and Brett all were wonderful and took excellent care in helping me reach my goals. The housekeepers did a great job and even went out of their way to help me with my tissue bag. I was on a limited diet, but the food I could eat was wonderful. The chicken noodle soup was amazing and I ate it as often as I could. Dr G rounded everyday and always answered my questions, I like his mannerisms and how he talked to me. He was very easy to talk with. I am blessed that I was able to come to this facility. more

Thankful for the Therapy 2/4/2021

Dr comes in everyday and answers my questions. Therapy has been really good. Stephanie and PG have been very good. PG pushes me more than the others, and she is a joy to be around. I’ve done more exercises with her than anyone else. I’ve realized you have to hurt a little to get better. I am thankful for the therapy. more

The staff is very present and in the moment 1/28/2021

The overall since of empathy and care, which is given by everybody is overall good. Good sense of accountability put on the patient from the stand point of therapist, they do not take it easy on you and they take advantage of every minute of therapy, which is a good thing. Therapy is very consistent across the board with processes and from therapist to therapist. Nursing staff was overall pretty good. I saw my Dr everyday and he answered all my questions. The food was decent. Kris is aces, she is phenomenal. The facility is ran great and I would recommend it. The best thing that I took away from the facility is that my interactions were extremely good and staff’s memory of my specific situation is very impressive. The staff is very present and in the moment. more

Thankful for treatment received 1/21/2021

The intensity of therapy was good. All of the people were nice. My hospital room is very clean and they came every day. At first I was bothered that I had four different doctors, but during the length of my stay I came to realize that each one has a specialty and that they work together as team to help me improve. I am thankful for the opportunity to stay here and for the treatment that I have received. more

Personable, Polite and Nice Staff 1/20/2021

Everyone is very personable, polite and nice. Very accommodating. Dr visits daily and answers all of my questions. I have never had so much food in my life, not used to eating three meals a day, but here I am eating three meals a day the food is so good and such a wide variety. Cleanliness is top notch. Abby and Brett are super therapist, I love them both. My goals were explained to me and I feel like I am much stronger and much less confused. Both of my Case Managers, Bruce and Kris are very nice and communicate well with me. I am feeling a lot like my old self. more

Very professional caring staff 1/18/2021

The doctors are extremely friendly and easy to talk with, very efficient, very good follow up. Nurses are all caring, they treated me as a friend, not a patient. Therapist are wonderful and they go out of their way to help you improve and get motivated. They are very sensitive to your needs. All of the therapist are very nice. The Therapist are very professional and are very good at what they do. Very professional with a loving touch. The cleanliness of the hospital is awesome and the EVS staff is very friendly and helpful, closing my blinds and providing me with clean sheets, extra blankets, etc. The dietary staff is wonderful and very helpful, and cooperative. I adore my case manager, Bruce. He is so fun, and he makes everything very clear, explains things very thoroughly. I met Kris today and she was very friendly and comforting. She eased all of my concerns. I would also like to recognize PG and Stephanie who were very professional and treated with with respect and provided me very valuable information. I would highly recommend this facility. more

Everyone did a great job! 1/15/2021

I would give this facility a 5, because the nurses care, the admissions staff care, the therapist care, the Dr. cares, and everyone is very attentive and thorough. The cleanliness of my room and bathroom were excellent. My food intake is limited, but the food I could consume was very good. I met all of my therapy goals and will be going home today. I think that everyone did a great job and I wouldn’t change a thing. more

Regained my functions 1/14/2021

My problem affected my memory and I used to have a equilibrium problem and both of those issues have addressed and I feel that I am doing a lot better. I am 98 years old and have lived along happy life. It was nice to come here to regain my motor skills so that I can go back to living on my own. The therapist are great and helped me regain my functions so that I can keep doing my 1000 piece jig saw puzzles. Everything about this facility is great from the staff to the food. more

Very happy with my stay 1/12/2021

The staff is great here and the things that I did here were very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here, but I am ready to go home. Nursing staff was great, they got me everything I needed and more. Therapy staff was awesome, they prepared me for going home. The hospital is very clean. Dr was awesome and answered all of my questions. My Case Manager, Bruce kept my dad up to date and relayed information. I am very happy with my stay here. more

Consistency of Care 1/11/2021

All of the staff is friendly and engaging and interested in me from housekeeping to dietary, to nursing, to therapy, and all other departments. I was here over two major holidays and several weekends and I have to say that the consistency of care never changed. This is a very clean facility. The food is delicious for Hospital food, pleasantly surprised. I saw may doctor every day and he always answered all a of my concerns. I was very impressed with both Nursing and Therapy everyone did everything without hesitation. I told my therapist that it use a blow dryer at home and she provided me one to practice with. My goals were explained to me and today I was shown my improvement. It was good for me to see how much I have advanced since a being admitted. I’m looking forward to going home and getting back to my life before my current condition. more

Our rehabilitation programs are centered around the individual needs of each patient to improve health, function and quality of life. Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities differ from other post-acute options most notably in the amount of therapy offered and medical oversight provided. We offer specialized therapy, rehab-trained nursing care, rehabilitation physician involvement and disease state management tailored to our patient population. Our patients receive at least 3 hours of therapy at least 5 days each week.
