Accomplished Alot 11/9/2020

I have received a lot of really good care, a lot of therapy and everyone is really nice here. I have accomplished more here in a short period of time than I have at other facilities that I stayed longer. All departments were really nice and good at their jobs. more

Working to be stronger 11/4/2020

My stay was great. Nursing was absolutely great. Therapy is wonderful, its painful but I believe I am getting all my needs met. Dr. G is a peach, very delightful. Food is surprisingly good, usually in places like this the food is awful, but not here. My body injuries hinder my improvement, but the therapy staff does not let that stand in the way, and is working to make me stronger so I can go home. more

Excellent Care 11/3/2020

Excellent care, go out of their way to help you not to hurt you. Their number one goal is to make people better. Dr. G handled everything that needed to be done, came and saw me every day. He is very nice and thorough. Nursing has been excellent. Therapy is wonderful. I was hesitant about eating hospital food, but in the end it was good. I had a pulled pork sandwich and it was down right delicious. I enjoyed my stay and the people couldn’t be any better. I would definitely recommend or choose this place again if I needed care. more

Great place 10/21/2020

Treatment at this place is great. Everyone is friendly and I felt like I got treated well. Everyone has a positive attitude. Nursing staff is very attentive. Larry is really great, even if he doesn’t like the Packers. Therapy staff has been very good and thorough. Dr. G comes by every day and answers all of my questions. Facility and room is very clean. more

Very involved 10/16/2020

Everyone was interested in my recovery and took time to work me. Everyone was very positive and pushed me to reach my goals. Food is really good. Dr. G inquired on me everyday and was very involved in my care. more

Therapy was good 10/14/2020

I received 3 hours of therapy a day. Therapy was good, I learned a lot. Very clean building. Staff are nice. Nursing provided good care. My overall experience is good. I would recommend. more

Great Place 10/13/2020

All my therapy was good and therapy is working for me. I feel like I am meeting goals to go home physically and mentally. Food was a lot better than I thought it would be. Housekeepers couldn’t be better, they are in at least once a day or more, very clean facility. Nursing staff has been perfect and met all my needs. 99% of them I would love to take home with me. They have taken real good care of me. If I can’t think of anything I need, then they think of something for me. Like something to drink. I see Dr. G atleast once a day. He answers all my question. This is a great place. more

Therapy has really helped me 10/9/2020

This is my first time having rehab therapy. My first night was rough, but things are so much better now. I have been treated with respect and listened too. People have gone above and beyond to meet my needs. Paula is a travel nurse and she is spectacular. I loved Devon/Cat they are wonderful. Curtis and Kelsey, in Therapy were spectacular. I feel a whole lot stronger than when I came in, therapy has really helped me. Best hospital food I have had. I would recommend this place for therapy needs. more

Training and Education very beneficial 10/8/2020

I came in and could barely move and now I can stand and function with the help of a walker. Staff was wonderful. I was provided training and education every day and was taught how to apply it and it was very beneficial. Care was terrific. Stephanie and PG are great. They had great rapport with me and built my confidence from don’t think about what you can’t do, to you can do it. Before I knew it, I was doing it! Dr. G was great. He took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions, he put me at ease. If I ever needed Rehab again, this would be the place I would come. more

Great team work! 10/6/2020

The aesthetics of the building are awesome. The whole staff, nursing, and therapist are high class. I have stayed in a different rehab facility and this by far is better. Nikki, Devon are a great team and work together so well, they get along great, and have been more than accommodating. Never had to wait for a call light more than two minutes. Curtis, absolutely the best, amazing, very passionate about his job and very compassionate to me. Kelsey and Hannah are a great team. Everyone introduces themselves and are very polite and accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommend this facility. more

Great facility for Rehab 10/2/2020

Everyone has been good, great in helping me get back on my feet and organized. Curtis, Alex and Debbie were all fun to be around and worked me to my goals. Shenicka was wonderful to me, got me everything I needed on my diet, laughed and joked with me. This is a great facility for Rehab. more

I came along way thanks to this facility 10/1/2020

Therapiy Departmetn, Food were both awesome. Nursing and Tech staff were awesome. An overall good experience. Jenny, Nursing Tech was always super friendly, always cared for me, hugged me and showed me love. Kat, Therapy Tech was always super friendly to me. PG, Therapy was kind and generous, but worked me really hard to progress. Kaitlyn, Speech Therapy I had a lot of fun with her. When I first came in I wasn’t able to speak and now, I can have a conversation. Brett, Therapy was so funny and helped me raising my arm, he got me to where I could squeeze and make a fist. All nursing staff took very good care of me. more

Would recommend this facility for Rehab 9/17/2020

Overall everything is very good. The doctor rounded daily an answered all of my questions even on the weekends. Very happy that I was excepted here because I live close. Therapy Department is fantastic. Nursing Department is wonderful. All Staff have been great. Very impressed with the cleanliness of facility. Highly recommend this facility to come in for rehab. more

It’s been a Journey 9/16/2020

Nursing staff is very friendly and they help me go to the bathroom during the night. Everyone is very kind. Very pleased with the Dr. He comes around daily. Food is good. Therapy Department is excellent. Room was very nice and clean. I was able to return to home, it’s been a journey. more

Real Attentive Staff 9/15/2020

Building is very well built, rooms are quiet, can not hear outside noise, real nice. Staff is real attentive, if I needed something they jump right on it. Therapy is real gentle with me and take their time. Therapy is very good. Nurses really watch everything, couldn’t ask for better care. Dr. Comes in daily and answers all my questions. I get a response every time I need anything. more

Definitely Recommend 9/14/2020

I have been to so many previous places and the food here is so much better than any other place I have been. The Therapy Department is so good. The Nursing Department has provided all my needs. Dr. G came in and saw me every day. Housekeeping has been great, keeping my bed changed. Everything has been great. I would definitely recommend. I was very surprised with the whole experience considering all my previous experiences at different facilities. Other facilities could learn from this facility, more

Excellent Rehabilitation Physician 9/13/2020

I have not had any department that wasn’t good that didn’t have staff that cared. You could tell that they were here for the patient and they liked their job. They were here for the right reasons. Dr. G is an excellent Rehabilitation Physician, he paid attention and took care of all my needs. I am a retired nurse and this is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to everyone. more

Highly Recommend this facility 9/12/2020

Everyone here has been more than super good to me. There is a wonderful staff here. Everyone takes the time to give me their time. I firmly believe that customer service is top priority. The therapy staff listened to me, what I could and couldn’t do. They have worked me through the things that I felt like I couldn’t do and showed me that I could do it. Liv, Abby, Curtis and Brett were all very informative, any questions I had they were more than willing to answer my questions, work with me, give me print outs to help me in home therapy and exercises I needed. Nursing was good to me. Food is excellent, very good variety. Things that weren’t on the menu that I wanted, like gravy on my hash browns, all I had to do was write it on my menu and it would be there for the next meal. Dr. G checked in on me daily and was very honest and thorough with his answers. I would highly recommend this facility. more

Friendly Staff and Great Therapy 9/11/2020

Nursing has done anything and everything that I have asked. OT/PT are wonderful. Food is great. I love their biscuits and gravy. I would eat them everyday. Dr. G visits everyday and provides me Information I need and answers all my questions. Visiting hours are perfect, just enough when you aren’t feeling the best and have worked hard all day in therapy. Facility is good and clean. All staff are friendly. If something new comes up that is hurting that hasn’t hurt before they address the issue promptly. The days that I am not feeling up to par they adjust therapy for my needs that I can meet. Highly recommend this therapy and this facility. more

Impressive Therapy Department 9/10/2020

I am especially impressed with the therapy department. Ally and Jenny were wonderful, I have always wanted to have my own girls and I think of them as my own. They gave me special love and attention. They were great therapists. The Nursing Techs went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and take care of all my needs. I felt that they went over and above their job duties. Food was very good. Beef Manhattan was sooooo good! I felt I received great care. more

Our rehabilitation programs are centered around the individual needs of each patient to improve health, function and quality of life. Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities differ from other post-acute options most notably in the amount of therapy offered and medical oversight provided. We offer specialized therapy, rehab-trained nursing care, rehabilitation physician involvement and disease state management tailored to our patient population. Our patients receive at least 3 hours of therapy at least 5 days each week.
