I have made so much progress since I have been here and I didn’t think I would. They have respected me along the way. They have taken me through all of my fears of going home. They help me over come fears of walking and doing stairs. They are working with me on stairs and cooking on my own. I was able to do6 stairs today. I thought I would go home in an ambulance, but I am going home by walking out. My appetite is great because the food is so delicious. The staff is so nice and beyond what I expected. I worked in a hospital for 35 years and this is one of the cleanest hospital I have been in. I was a nurse for 42 years and the care I received here was top notch. I have nothing but gratitude for everything that has been done for me and I truly appreciate the kind staff. more

I have enjoyed everyone here. The food is amazing, the best I have enjoyed at any hospital. The menu was not the same old food there was a variety. Everyone is wonderful and I can not thank them enough for helping me through with my recovery. I was diagnosed with COVID in October and today will be my first time hospital free since then. Everyone’s heart is in the right place here. I have lost loved ones, while being hospitalized and missed all the holiday’s but I am alive and getting better each day. I have pushed myself for today. I am very emotional and I can not wait to see my family. I feel like I have met all of my goals and even overachieved thanks to my therapy staff. Nursing staff was friendly, kind and provided me with everything I wanted and needed. EVS was timely and kept my room cleaned. I really enjoyed going down to therapy in the gym. I received all my medications timely and never had to ask for pain medicine. Dr. G was friendly, kind and courteous to me, always answers all my questions. This hospital was the best experience I have had out of all the facilities that I have been in. The way I was treated here has meant a lot to me and to my recovery. more

When I arrived I was in bad shape. I was diagnosed with COVID. I have been in the hospital for 52 days total so far. The therapist here are nice, knowledgeable, and helping me feel comfortable about going home. I was on a ventilator and could not walk, talk, anything. Since being taken off the vent I have slowly regained functions. My goal was to relearn to talk and walk. I graduated from Speech Therapy last Monday but when I came I couldn’t form words. I could not walk and a week ago I took my first step, then 3 steps, then 7 steps, then 20 steps and then 30 steps with the bars all within a 10 day period. My therapist said I am overachieving because I also stood for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Not only have the therapist helped me but the Nursing staff are more than willing to do or get anything I need. Everyone here is nice and respectful of my needs. It is a very clean facility. The food is outstanding considering it is hospital food. It was the best chicken noodle soup that I had ever eaten and the food just kept getting better and better day after day. The doctors have been very caring and informative and I see them everyday. This has been the worst experience of my life having COVID, but it has been a very long road, and I am very blessed and glad to be alive. I have a long way to go to get back to a fraction of what I once was, but God has a greater purpose awaiting me after this journey. more

Everyone here is great! Therapy has been good, I felt like I am meeting my therapy goals. Both of my therapist tell me that I am doing great. Therapy ladies are doing great. I haven’t had one person in therapy that didn’t teach me something. I am getting all my day to day goals, now working on my home goals. Nursing is providing everything that I need. All the food is good and delivered with a smiling face. Everyone is nice and friendly. I am very pleased with my stay. more

Facility and staff are all great to work with. Nursing stall is timely and meets all my needs. Meeting all of my therapy goals and the therapist really listen to me. Food is very good and better than the hospital prior, there it was not good and was ice cold. Happy with the cleanliness of my room and bathroom. Dr. G rounds daily and answers all my questions. Case Management is keeping my wife well informed since we can not have visitors. I would definitely recommend. more

I couldn’t even walk when they took me to the hospital. I had taken a fall. PG, Kelsey and Curtis they probably saved my life, they are exceptional people. I have literally went from not being able to open a straw or fruit cup lid to full use of my hands and arms. I started by taking 3 steps with the ceiling harness at the parallel bars and now I can walk 222 steps with a walker. I can not say enough wonderful things about Kelsey and Curtis. Therapy has done so much to help me, I can not list everything they have done. Nursing staff has been great. The whole facility as a whole is awesome. I have to have a knee replaced and a hip replaced and I will definitely be back for rehab after both of those future surgeries. All the staff here is very educated on their specific duties, compassionate, friendly, and find a way to motivate you each and every day. The facility is very clean. Staff are polite and thoughtful of your needs. Food is great. This place is a class act second to none. more

When I came in here I was like a noodle. I can now walk and do things that I didn’t think I would ever be able to do again. Yesterday, I walked 700 feet in 3 weeks times, can make a pony tail, and feed myself. I was told it could take up to six months to regain some movement, if ever. With the help of this awesome therapy staff, here I am 3 weeks later going to walk out of this facility. I have learned so much stroke knowledge and therapy exercises that I have been doing in my classes I will continue to do at home will make me better and better. If I had not have come here I would still be laying in my bed at home doing nothing and waiting to die. They truly helped me. I was very active, independent and self sufficient before my stroke and I felt like I had nothing after the stroke, but now I see that I can resume life again thanks to my therapy and education provided to me. I truly can not thank them enough, they gave me my life back. more

Everyone has been very attentive and helpful. Therapy is very informative and very helpful. This place is clean. Honestly, I do not like the situation physically that I am in, but my whole team of nurses and therapist have made it very comfortable for me to be here and work toward my goals, very informative. Again, I do not enjoy my physical situation but staying here was the best that I could’ve asked for. more

Every one of the employees is positive, kind and caring. Therapy really wants to help, they want me to get better, they encourage me. Nursing is great. I have several people I would like to recognize: 1. Mira - she is very intelligent, kind and caring. She’s on the ball and gets things done. I have an insulin pump and she took care of the whole process and really took great initiative with the whole thing. 2. Olivia - she is awesome, a very sweet caring person. 3. Samantha - shoe is a very sweet and compassionate person. 4. Daniel - was awesome, very profession and respectful in personal situations. 5. Molly - was awesome. 6. Ally - is the most awesome therapist EVER. When I got here I could not walk and today I walked 572 steps. Every time I work with her I get better and better. She is a true delight. 7. Angela - is very good and knows her assessment skills so well. She’s a good one and she really listens to your heart and lungs and pays close attention to every detail. 8. Nikki - was wonderful, she just let me talk like I was the only person on the planet. 9. Kelsie - she was the first person I met when I first arrived and she took me under her wing and has taken excellent care of me. She holds a very special place in my heart. 10. Kris - she is so organized and has helped me prepare for going home. A few other things that I would like to mention are I truly appreciate the small notebook and pen provided in my room, it was very handy. The food is always good and hot, I ate cold oatmeal at a previous facility, so a good tasting and hot meal is greatly appreciated. Again, everyone is so friendly. This is an awesome place to recover. more

The people I have come in contact with have made my stay enjoyable. They reminded me of what life can be like when I leave. I have seen great improvement. These nurses are the best I have had and I have had several hospital stays. Therapy is good, they have most definitely helped me meeting my goals. They have helped me recover things I have lost and made me a better person. Dr. G answers any question I ask and is very friendly, I see him everyday. My stay has been good, I feel like everyone gave everything they had to me. Kudos to the day and night nursing staff, they have helped me tremendously from when I came here to when I am leaving tomorrow. more

Nursing is seemingly very busy, but doing the best they can. Food is very good, I have never eaten baked sweet potatoes better than the ones offered here in my life. Therapy is so sweet and caring, especially Brett and Daniel. Daniel made my therapy so much fun, but he cheats at Jenga. He was very thorough and very professional. Dr. G was very friendly, he answered all my questions . The facility as a whole is very clean. I was impressed with the shower, the therapist immediately were drying the floor for me to walk for my safety. Everyone makes over you here, they make you feel like you are the light in their day. more

This is a well ran facility. Food is great. Overall cleanliness of the hospital is great. Dr. G is wonderful, takes the time you need to answer questions. I do not see how you could get any better Therapist, they are all caring and thoughtful they truly want to make you stronger and better. The Therapist are truly great and very smart. My Speech Therapist is really helping me improve. The nurses are great. Nursing staff took care of me, very caring and will go out of their way to do personal things to make your stay better. more

I was provided access to advanced rehab technology, In-motion, treadmill with harness, that gave at an advantage to progress rapidly from my stroke. My therapy team is incredible. The Nursing staff is good, very busy, but good. Everyone is in a good mood, smiling and happy, with positive attitudes. Staff did things to make feel special, like my insurance denied my wheelchair and Ally went above and beyond to get me a quote and also looked on Amazon to see if she could find it cheaper. Others in therapy that were terrific and helped me with my stroke symptoms were Molly, Jenny, Ally and Kaitlin. I had several nurses that made me feel special also, by braiding my hair, sharing pictures of their kids, grandkids and animals were Tracey, Trina and Edna. They all went out of their way to make me feel special while I was here during the holidays without visitors. I came in this rehab hospital on a stretcher and I am going to walk out on my own with a walker. Thank you to everyone that made this possible. more

My stay has been really good! I have enjoyed all of the staff. The therapy department is amazing. Everyone of the therapy team is patient and kind. I never had one nurse that I didn’t like. They are all kind with me and I have a lot of things wrong with me. I am on about 20 different medications and they teach me how to take the pills. The Dietician was wonderful and very helpful to help with my meals seeing I have diabetes. I have enjoyed my stay, I feel like I am everyone’s grandma, mother, aunt or sister here, basically I feel like family. more

PG is wonderful and we laugh and have fun! She is so sweet and she makes my physical therapy fun. The staff have been very friendly and I appreciate all that they have done for me. I feel like I am improving and I get to go home tomorrow. I miss seeing my husband but I love that you guys have the Hallmark Channel, the food isn’t bad either. Bless all who have taken care of me during my stay. more

Everyone was very kind, considerate and attentive. They took such good care of me. This is my second stay here. I was here a year ago after surgery and when I found out I had to have surgery again, I requested to come back here for my therapy. Really good Occupation therapy team. I had difficult time getting out of bed to wheelchair . Therapy came up with the solution and it made a world of difference and was life changing to me. I love that the staff is always trying to find ways to make things easier while strengthening me at the same time. If I have to have another surgery, I will choose to come back here. more

Came here in June and had no feeling on left side from my stroke within a couple day of working in therapy I was able to move my arm. So, when I had to come back in November I was so thankful that they took me because I was sure that I could improve. The staff is very friendly and very caring. Therapy is wonderful! I got to be friends with some of the staff on my first visit and they remembered me and were very welcoming. I have no complaints and if I am in need of therapy this will be the place I come. more

I would give this place a 5 star because everyone was kind to me, always kept me informed. Nursing was good. Therapy was good. Food was good. The place was clean. more

I have been to several rehab hospitals in the area and this is by far the best. Others do not take the time to care for their patients. This hospital cares about their patients and everyone is friendly. more

I would give this facility a five star, because the last several rehab places I have been they have been neglectful, rude and do not bring your food on time or answer nursing calls. This place is on it. They are all friendly, provide me hot food, Nursing staff are very timely and accomidating to all my needs, and Therapy has been really good to me. more
