Thorough and timely 8/3/2016

Very professional 7/30/2016

I had not had the Spring checkup for my ac/heating unit. Gentleman came when he said he would; checked equipment, changed filter, saw that it needed a new part, ordered it and put my name on the list to return to install it when it came in. It was another gentleman who came back to fix unit but both were very nice, very professional. Unit working perfectly. more

Repair of duct & service of package unit 7/27/2016

Last Friday 7/22/16 your service man repaired a duct where it connected to a floor air register. While he was there I noticed that the package unit that supplies the first floor air registers was cycling on & off, so I asked him to service that unit. He did a thorough job of cleaning & servicing the unit & it is now operation as it should. Last September (2015) your company installed a new split system for the second floor of our house. It seems to be working well; however thru the recent hot days that we have been experiencing, the unit has not been able to cool down the desired temperature. We would like for you to schedule a one year warranty inspection to make sure that the unit is performing as it should. I also want to get a proposal from you to provide us with a service agreement for both of our units more

Alex Was Very Courteous 7/25/2016

We have been struggling with using various air conditioning companies and when Alex came to assess our duct work problems he was a breath of fresh air. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We are waiting for the work to be done and we have high hopes that it will go just as smoothly. We have used your plumbing service for various jobs and we hope to have found a new air conditioning company! more

Both the AC and plumbing technicians know their skills. I received accurate evaluations and a repair on the spot, fairly priced. I needed help moving a piece of furniture and two plumbers moved it for me. They were very kind and generous. more

Got them to come out and change out split unit with a new one, but it cannot meet temp on set point, still hot. Call Jeff ( rep) and keeps on saying that he will call back with to send tech to work on unit. No response more

I have two concerns: One, though the tech came out and serviced the unit, it was not repaired. It's only a temporary fix as there is a pin hole that allows the refrigerant to leak out. I paid over $600 for time, labor and refrigerant, but am left with the same problem. My second concern is that I am waiting for a return phone call as I had asked for someone to come out and give a general inspection to all of the units so that I could place them on a contract. Performed Bi-Yearly Service 7/10/2016

Comfort Air performed by-yearly service on our air conditioning system. Additionally, technician returned to replace capacitor in condensing unit to correct size. Technicians are always courteous and on time. They always call prior to arriving to confirm their scheduled time. We have used Comfort Air for many years and expect to continue to use them for many more. more

This team of professionals repaired my residential HVAC unit without delay. Everyone on the team demonstrated a high level of technical knowledge.
