I have two concerns: One, though the tech came out and serviced the unit, it was not repaired. It's only a temporary fix as there is a pin hole that allows the refrigerant to leak out. I paid over $600 for time, labor and refrigerant, but am left with the same problem.
My second concern is that I am waiting for a return phone call as I had asked for someone to come out and give a general inspection to all of the units so that I could place them on a contract. Could someone get to these two issues?
