I had not had the Spring checkup for my ac/heating unit. Gentleman came when he said he would; checked equipment, changed filter, saw that it needed a new part, ordered it and put my name on the list to return to install it when it came in. It was another gentleman who came back to fix unit but both were very nice, very professional. Unit working perfectly.
