Last Friday 7/22/16 your service man repaired a duct where it connected to a floor air register. While he was there I noticed that the package unit that supplies the first floor air registers was cycling on & off, so I asked him to service that unit. He did a thorough job of cleaning & servicing the unit & it is now operation as it should.
Last September (2015) your company installed a new split system for the second floor of our house. It seems to be working well; however thru the recent hot days that we have been experiencing, the unit has not been able to cool down the desired temperature. We would like for you to schedule a one year warranty inspection to make sure that the unit is performing as it should.
I also want to get a proposal from you to provide us with a service agreement for both of our units
