I have a whole home warranty which covers my HVAC system, however when I have issues with my AC, the other company never seems to get it right. Through many negotiations with the warranty company I was able to use the company of my choice and I have chosen Comfort-Air to take care of my HVAC needs. I have used Comfort Air Engineering for over 20 years now and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and they put the customer first. I purchased a complete system for my home about 5 years ago and it has the dehumidifier with it and I am so very pleased with the system. My latest service engineer is Eric Banda and I call him Eric #2 because I had a wonderful service engineer Eric previously. Both of these people are wonderful and take care of the customer with politeness and competency. I will continue to be their customer forever. more

Your service technician, Maz, performed above and beyond what is typical. He was very friendly, professional, prompt, and thorough. He found a potential problem with a fan motor and told us about it. He spent extra time and went the extra mile to verify the parts and labor were under warranty. He probably saved us a big problem from occurring during the hot months of Texas. Our air conditioner unit was 15 years old and showing it's age. Like most homeowners, we dreaded having to replace it. We've used Comfort-Air Engineering for years and we knew they would treat us well. We were right. It started with an inspection of our current unit. They explained everything so carefully. They told us what our current unit was doing well, what is was doing poorly and all the options we had for replacement. When we chose a new unit, we had no doubt we were getting the best option for our home. Installation day arrived. The team was courteous and professional. They worked so quickly. When it came time to work inside the house, they made sure my carpet and furniture was protected from all construction. When the work was complete, they made sure all my questions were answered. Our entire a/c system was zapped by heavy lightning nearby. This was on a Sunday evening and our hero, Luis Huerta, arrived shortly after our call. He was so calm and reassuring! And he was able to get the system restored in no time. We can't compliment him and Comfort-Air enough, and we've been customers for years. Hello, I had a leak in a warranty water heater and when i called Comfort Air being a little leery of the response that i may get. I spoke with Keith a store Mgr. and he assured me that they would get me taken care of... I had called another plumbing co. as i always do doing due diligence and found that they not only were not near as understanding about my issue but would not be able to address my Leaking heater until Friday... And today is Monday! Primo explained everything that they would do and there were not and hidden charges! The Servicemen were both professional and very helpful... Thank you , Keith Breen and Derick Lundy for taking the time to do the job right.. In the future I will call Comfort - Air / Primo for my Plumbing Needs!! Andy more

The interior wall wire for my thermostat had a short that caused it to not function. Maz (tech. sent from Con.Air) was very professional and eventually isolated the problem. Comfort air sent a team of 3 Techs to correct the problem. It was done correctly and I felt the price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work that was done. I am very happy with the company and will continue to use them in the future. more

Daniel was at our home yesterday for another semi-annual HVAC check. As always he was dependable, courteous, capable and listened to and responded to our current concerns. We ask for him for maintenance checks as well as repairs. When Daniel has not been available for repairs other techs have also been dependable, courteous and capable. The beginning of this year we had 4 heat pumps replaced. The install team was great and worked through some very bad weather to get our heat pumps up and running. And Todd Brady who helped us decide on replacement systems was also competent, helpful and easy to confer with. He helped us maximize our potential rebates and responded to any concerns or questions within hours. Plumbers at Primo Plumbing have installed a hot water heater, toilets, garbage disposal, faucet and fixed a leak. We have always been satisfied with their friendliness and professionalism. We have experienced a range of repairs, installs and maintenance from Comfort Air and have always been impressed. Thanks Comfort Air for your wonderful, competent and trustworthy employees. I have used Comfort-Air since 2008, when they were recommended to me by one of my neighbors. They replaced my AC/Heat Pump unit in my previous home near Canyon Lake, & I have continued to utilize their services in my new-to-me home in San Antonio, Luis Huerta, A/C tech checked out my A/C unit & found an intermittent problem that had eluded another company that my Home Warranty company had sent to repair & they failed to find & correct it. Luis came this morning, inspected everything & immediately diagnosed the problem! My congratulation to your company for having great employees! And for doing a great job! more
