This is an email I sent Bill Lipsitz. Hi Bill, Thanks for the follow up! I couldnt be more pleased with the personal service I received. Tim Vaughn is a neighbor up the street from me. I found out recently that he was in the auto body business. When I banged up my tailgate, I stopped by his house last Monday evening to let him know I needed his professional services. He ordered the part the next day. He called me on Thursday to let me know it was in and to swing by and he would have someone install it while I waited. I did so and it only took 30 minutes to install. It looks like new. Start to finish, 3 business days to get my problem resolved and at a reasonable price! Being in the service business myself, I was very impressed and feel good knowing I have a trusted body shop for future needs. I let Tim know how impressed I was with the personal service and am pleased that you have followed up as well. Leadership in any organization starts at the top! Very Impressed with Colorado Auto Body 9/26/2011

I recently took my car into Colorado Auto Body and was pleasantly surprised with their customer service and quality of repair work. I own a new Honda and someone took a key and scratched the entire left side. I went on Colorado Auto Body's website and requested an estimate. They called me back promptly and made arrangements to pick up my car at my office down town. They emailed me a quote and it was below my $1000 deductible so I didn't put in a claim. I was impressed with the daily email updates I received from them. I was told that my repair time would be 5 days. It was done in 4! They personally delivered my car to my office and it looked perfect. They even detailed the interior. Great service. I will recommend Colorado Auto Body to everyone. more

This place is hands down one of the BEST! From the moment you walk in till the moment you leave you have the best care.............it's a sad way to learn about the best Body Shop by having an accident or hail damage, but they took all the stress away..........THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!! Employees need to communicate better to customers (especially first time customers) 8/30/2011

Communication with employees seemed a bit difficult and too one sided especially for someone new to the collision repair "routine". Starting with confusion and lack of communication over fact that there is only one repair site and two drop off sites for this business. Had to call to see if car was ready when my rental car aggreement was due to be renewed and then had to ask them to call and let insurance co. know that so they could make arrangements to extend. Meeting the owner Bill Lipsitz when picking up the vehicle was a refreshing change. He was communicative, helpful, informative and service oriented. more

Courteous, Professional, Prompt, and Great Quality 8/30/2011

The hail damage on my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. The quality of work is without question. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff I dealt with was always present and a fresh breath of air. Thanks for a great experience in automobile repair! more

HANDLED EVERYTHING FROM ESTIMATE TO REPAIR WELL AND ACCOMADATED OUR TIME SWAMPED SCHEDULE. 8/9/2011

FROM THE START WHEN CAB WAS AUTHORIZED TO DO THE WORK - THEY DID A FIELD ESTIMATE, THEN PICKED UP VEHICLE, REPAIRED AND RETURNED VEHICLE WITHOUT US HAVING TO RUN BACK-N-FORTH FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED AND SAVED US A LOT OF TIME FROM OUR TIME SWAMPED SCHEDULE. JOB WELL DONE AND SERVICE WAS GOOD. more

Great Customer Service 7/28/2011

I went to my parked car this morning to head off to work to find that my car was vandalized with red spray paint overnight. I was immediately relieved when Colorado Auto Body was able to get my car in and buffer the spray paint off. They made a horrible morning into a wonderful morning and I will recommend them to anyone I know. more

Service of Care 7/26/2011

My service of care at "Colorado Auto Body" was marvelous, they kept me in the loop with what was going on with my care on a day to day basis. They always asked if I had any questions or concerns, and if i did to not hesitate to inform the them. I in the past - where i had utilized other shops...the people where not friendly, and they never let me know what the process was at that particular time. But with "Colorado Auto Body" they always I mean always assure me that they had an handle on everything - and they did... my servcie was very smooth sailing, and i would definalty come back again, and refer a friend, and more friends. Thanks very, very much with the excellent work and time that you dedicated to me. I also wanted to add that everything was also do in a timely fashion; so thanks a million. more

Colorado Auto Body?s Mission Statement clearly says that they will provide collision repair second to none coupled with un-compromised customer service. I would like to tell the community, and the entire state of Colorado, that over the years, they continue to fulfill their commitment to that mission. I will be the first to admit that I am not the world?s greatest driver; after several automotive mishaps over the years, I have had the privilege of getting to know the folks at Colorado Auto Body very well. Tim and Dave always ease my stress level when I have to deal with the insurance companies, the adjuster, my deductible, arranging a rental car and the overall headache I get when I have a fender-bender or worse. They go out of their way each time to ensure that the work is done to my satisfaction?no matter how much I nit-pick and still make sure I have as little out of pocket expense as possible. It doesn't matter which collision center my insurance company recommends I take my vehicle to for auto body repair in the future... because I will continue to come back to Colorado Auto Body. Their friendly staff, superior service and quality work cannot be matched! So I am telling my friends, co-workers, neighbors and YOU to stop in for an estimate the next time your fender bends! COLISION REPAIR WAS GREAT 6/20/2011

SINCE THE FIRST CALL I MADE TO COLORADO AUTO BODY THE SERVICE HAD BEEN GREAT. i GOT A QUICK RESPONSE AND ESTIMATE. THEY MADE IT SO CONVINIENT FOR ME AND CAME TO MY JOB TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND WHEN I WAS READY TO GET THE VEHICLE REPAIRED THEY HELPED ME WITH ARRANGEMENTS FROM ENTERPRISE.OVERALL THE STAFF I WORKED WITH AND SERVICE THAT I HAD WAS GREAT AND WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Very good front office and service! 6/20/2011

Had a great experience. It was my first time doing any sort of body work for a car, and naturally, being self-funded, the stress-level was a bit high. Nevertheless, Matt, Dave, and Judy (or Julie?) in the front office gave me the best experience I could have hoped for. The payment arrangements were very good and the flexibility with which they were worked out really impressed me. Dave & Matt were especially helpful in giving me timely feedback as to the progress of the work being done as well as were very helpful in attempting to mitigate further costs. I will definitely recommend. more
