Communication with employees seemed a bit difficult and too one sided especially for someone new to the collision repair "routine". Starting with confusion and lack of communication over fact that there is only one repair site and two drop off sites for this business. Had to call to see if car was ready when my rental car aggreement was due to be renewed and then had to ask them to call and let insurance co. know that so they could make arrangements to extend. Meeting the owner Bill Lipsitz when picking up the vehicle was a refreshing change. He was communicative, helpful, informative and service oriented. more
