I couldnt be more pleased with the personal service I received. Tim Vaughn is a neighbor up the street from me. I found out recently that he was in the auto body business. When I banged up my tailgate, I stopped by his house last Monday evening to let him know I needed his professional services. He ordered the part the next day. He called me on Thursday to let me know it was in and to swing by and he would have someone install it while I waited. I did so and it only took 30 minutes to install. It looks like new.
Start to finish, 3 business days to get my problem resolved and at a reasonable price!
Being in the service business myself, I was very impressed and feel good knowing I have a trusted body shop for future needs. I let Tim know how impressed I was with the personal service and am pleased that you have followed up as well. Leadership in any organization starts at the top!
