I simply took my car for an estimate and the girl at the front did not even speak just handed me the paper to fill out. The boy who looked at my car was outside for all of two minutes, and handed me the "estimate" three minutes after that. Complete an utter waste of time and significant lack of professionalism. more

Very Pleasant Experience 10/1/2013

I had a very pleasant experience getting my car repaired with Collision Works and I definitely recommend them. I will use them again if I need to. They were very nice and friendly, the car looks perfect after the repair, and they even detailed the inside of my car! I didn't expect that. They told me the repair would take 4-5 days, and it took 5 days just like they said. My only complaint was they told me they would call me with an update every couple of days, but they did not. That's okay though because they finished within the 5 days they quoted me. I'm very pleased with my experience and with the work on the car! more

Great! 8/16/2013

I'm going to go back to Collision Works and get some more work done. I had had damage done to my pickup in a tornado and they did a lot of work it. I'm also going to have them repaint a camper that I'm going to put over the pickup. And then there's another pickup of mine that I'm going to have them do some body work on and paint. They did a real good job. It all came out looking great. They took the time and you couldn't ask for better work. I was referred to them by my friend and he was pretty happy with his truck and I'm really happy with mine too. It's great. I've had other body shops do work for me and stuff and I'd tell anyone to go to Collision Works. more

Shotty work 7/15/2013

Body work was good but mechanical issues were not repaired well. Had to call my insurance company to get any results. Gave me lame excuses about why the didnt/couldnt repair the issues. Tried to tell me it was a product issue. Wanted me to take it to a dealership and have it fixed under warranty more

Someone hit me and I got my car fixed at Collision Works. It only took them about three days for them to do the body part and the rim that got messed up. Everything turned out good, I'm thinking about going back and getting my car resprayed since they did a good job on that repair. more

Collision Works were very good for the most part. They worked with me to get what I wanted, but they didn't really have the willingness to go the extra mile for the customer. I wanted a custom bumper, and they wouldn't do it. To get a 5, you have to go the extra mile. more

The best collision shop experience ever. 12/20/2012

Collision Works is very professional. The front bumper of my car was crushed. They did the work within 7 days, which is unheard of. They kept me informed and called me as soon as it was ready. The work turned out perfect, and they even detailed the inside of my car. more

Top-notch 10/12/2012

I recently took my wife's car to Collision Works. My wife had a lady run into her at an intersection and one side of her Infiniti was quite damaged. They had to replace a door, a whole side panel, and 4 air bags that went off at the time of collision. Everything looks good and everything is working well. This is the second time I use them; I had used them in the past after an accident with my car. They have done good work for us and have been good people to deal with. more

I've taken several vehicles there, probably 5 different over the last few years. Marty, the guy that runs the shop, takes great care of me and my family, whether my wife is taking a vehicle in or I am. They make everyone feel like they're the #1 customer. The staff are professional and friendly. If I call and leave a message they usually get back to you within an hour. Their shop is organized and clean. I live about 30 miles away but still choose to go here, I won't go anywhere else. more

I worked with Brad and James at Collision Works. They were very professional and quick. Brad made the whole process painless and stress-free. He took care of all the paperwork and dealt directly with insurance company. James performed the body work and did an outstanding job! James was very meticulous and gave special attention to details....my car looks brand new! If anything ever ever happens to my car again, I won't go anywhere else. 7/31/2012

I was involved in a parking lot accident. This was the very first time this had ever happened so I was unsure about how to file with insurance and everything else. The employees at Collision Works were very nice to me and walked me through everything. They did an excellent job on my car, it looks like it was never hit by anybody. The technicians were really upfront about costs and how long it would take. Overall, a really great job. Their customer service is great. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians wanted to help me. I had gone to several shops before I went to Collision Works and the attitude elsewhere was "Who are you? What do you want? Do we really want to waste our time on you?" I didn't get that treatment at Collision Works. They offered me drinks, asked me what the problem was, and asked how they could help. Customer service is definitely above par and I would definitely go to them again. more

Very quality work 7/28/2012

I had never heard of this collision shop and was a little concerned however the facility is very nice and the employees are very kind. The one downside was I was informed it would take about a week however it took about 2 weeks. The work was good and the kept me informed to let me know why it was taking longer and also helped me keep my rental car until the damages were done. more
