I was involved in a parking lot accident. This was the very first time this had ever happened so I was unsure about how to file with insurance and everything else. The employees at Collision Works were very nice to me and walked me through everything. They did an excellent job on my car, it looks like it was never hit by anybody. The technicians were really upfront about costs and how long it would take. Overall, a really great job.
Their customer service is great. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians wanted to help me. I had gone to several shops before I went to Collision Works and the attitude elsewhere was "Who are you? What do you want? Do we really want to waste our time on you?" I didn't get that treatment at Collision Works. They offered me drinks, asked me what the problem was, and asked how they could help. Customer service is definitely above par and I would definitely go to them again.
