Everything was good with Collision Works! I have no unkind words for them. Collision Works took care of vandalism that was on my car. They knew their job and did the jobs! more

Collision Works got me in and got me out. They made it easy for me and had a rental car right there in the facility. They got me the information I needed and got me out in a rental. Three days later, they called, my car had been repaired, and everything was peachy. They did what they said they would do, which is what I would expect from anybody. I find when I have a bad experience with a company, it's because they didn't communicate what they were going to do, or did what they say they're going to do, not what you say they're going to do, or they don't say why they can't do something. That's my biggest bugaboo. If everyone just did what they could do and said what the would do, they world would be a better place because of it. more

Incredible customer service, have gone back to them twice 6/28/2012

I have been to Collision Works twice, and both cars came back in immaculate shape. I couldn't notice a difference in paint color or dents. I even asked to see what it would cost to debadge my vehicle and they did it for no charge while they repaired my car. more

Great body work for a rental car 6/27/2012

The technicians at Collision Works were very good to me and very efficient. They were repairing a rental car I had damaged and they did great repairs to the body of the car. I really felt taken care of, and they were very timely in getting the job done. I was in and out in the timeline suggested and both I and my dad were satisfied with the finished product. more

Great service keeps me coming back. 6/11/2012

I've taken two of my cars to Collision Works. I actually took them in back-to-back to get repairs done. The people were very helpful in coordinating loner cars. Logistically, they handled the repairs efficiently and successfully, I can't even tell that there were damages there. I'm getting ready to take in a third car that got damaged by hail. The people and the sevice they provide keep me going back to Collision Works. They understand that having a car repaired is an inconvenient and stressful time, and they make it a good experience. more

Really good service. 6/8/2012

Collision Works repaired my car two different times, and they have always done a pretty good job. The first time it was a major job. The air bags went off and the front undercarriage was damaged. It was a $48 hundred job. This time it was $23 hundred and was because someone backed into my car. Both times the service has been really good. more

they did adequate work, but forgot something and I had to take it back. 2/28/2012

They did adequate work, the car looked good and it was done when they said it would be. They did forget a clip in the wheel well and it knocked against the car making a horrible noise. I had to find time to take it back and let them fix it. This was not a big deal but was inconvenient to me. more

Great, fast, thorough 2/18/2012

It was really nice to have only one appointment for everything and all in the same location - vehicle damage inspection and quote, service estimate and timeline, and rental service! It inly took one hour for an insurance rep to inspect the damage, make a quote, and set up the service. The body shop is in the same building so the man who was going to fix my car took a look at it and gave me the time estimate on the spot for when my car would be done. Then, I walked across the lobby and was setup with a rental car that I drove out of the parking lot ten minutes later. Very smooth process, very nice people, and overall great service. more

Professional, friendly, and always positive. 1/20/2012

I love Collision Works. They were professional, they were friendly, and I have never, ever heard them being negative. I have never heard anything negative coming from anybody, from the guys in the back when they come to the front to update me, from the managers or the secretaries, nobody. Everybody is positive, and they just provide a really good experience. more
