We have used Cobble Hill several times to board our guinea pigs Ginger and Cupcake. They loked it there and we can tell they enjoyed themselves.\r \r If you are looking for a place for your guinea pigs to stay while you are away, this is a great option. more

We have boarded our dog Maddie(14 yrs old)at Cobble HIll for the last year and a half and she absolutely loved going there. When we added a new puppy to the family, they were there to welcome Sailor also and care for her. Because Maddie our older dog does not like fireworks, we decided to board her over the New Year. We recieved a phone call that Maddie was sick and they felt Maddie would be happier if she was able to spend time with us. They wanted to give her a bath and have some time with her also before we picked her up. When we arrived to pick Maddie up, Brianne carried her to the car and told her goodbye. They showed such love and compassion for an old friend they knew would not be returning. Maddie died later that night and when we called Cobble HIll, they also grieved with us. I have a Great Dane that looks forward going to Bed and Biscuit. They have rooms to fit all animals and all sizes. Dozer is 185 lbs and they have a VIP suite which takes care of the dog in every manner. The staff is wonderful to work with and they are great handling last minute accommodations (which I tend to do a lot with my work schedule). I recommend all of my colleagues and friends to take their pets and there and they all agree! Pros: Best Boarding/Day Care Facility in Raleigh Cons: N/A more

Ive never been in a more friendly and clean atmosphere! This by far is a 5 star paw vacation. I highly recomend this place for any of your pets needs whether it be daycare, boarding, or even grooming! I dont know why anyone would want to post anything bad about this place. We have used the services at Cobble Hill before and were fairly satified. Recently, when we took our beloved dog (during August) I walked back to the Deluxe Air-conditiong Suite to get him situated. The Suite was hot. There was no air coming from the floor vent. I told the employee - she checked the thermastat and stated someone had raised the temperature. She adjusted the thermastat and it began working properly. I left Cobble Hill feeling they were not cooling the Suites appropriately to ensure that pets don't suffer heat exhaustion. I was worried sick about our dog so I called back in about an hour to cancel his stay and have him picked up. A different employee told me it was warm initially in the Suite due to the door being opened for the previous dog to go outside. This was clearly not true. more

I've boarded my dog at Cobble Hill quite a few times in the past couple years, and they have never ceased to amaze me. The cleanliness of the facility, the extremely friendly and helpful staff, and how my dog is excited to be taken back for his visit. My dog has stayed in both a suite and a regular run, both are very accommodating to a dog. Cobble Hill is no ordinary boarding facility, it is an extraordinary pet lodge. I've boarded my Labrador Retriever at Cobble Hill in the luxury sweets quite a few times. The facility was clean as a whistle and the staff was so friendly and accommodating to my dogs needs. \r \r Unlike all the other boarding facilities Luke has boarded at, Luke came home relaxed, calm, and smelling clean. He no longer hesitates to walk in the door at Cobble Hill, instead he comes in with a wagging tail ready to be pampered.\r \r Definitely recommended! more

Amazing!! This is the best kennel I have ever boarded at; and I have lived all over the United States and boarded at 15+ kennels in the past 5 years. I dropped by Cobble Hill after researching online where to bring my 3 dogs for my 9 day Christmas vacation. I asked if I could take a tour of the facility and the woman at the front desk flashed me a HUGE smile and proudly said "Of course!". She definitely had something to be proud about. Cobble Hill is the cleanest and friendliest pet boarding facility I have ever been in! Every turn we took, every door we opened I was greeted by a fresh smell of "clean". It didn't take me more than a minute to decide that this would be "The Place" for my babies to stay. When I picked them up I was so happy with their condition. All three were happy, clean, and 2 of them tried to follow the staff back into the kennel after I had their leashes in my hand. The other one gave one of the girls a quick kiss goodbye before following me out the door. That's all the reassurance I needed to book my next reservation at Cobble Hill Bed and Biscuit. My dogs get what they like and they love the staff here. The accomodations that the staff made to my dogs were impressive. I requested several special things for my dogs and they were more than willing to meet my (dogs) needs. Thank you so much to everyone at Cobble Hill for their exceptional customer service and superb pet care! I will be back many, many times!!! Upon pick-up of my 7 month old Chesapeake Puppy after an 11 day stay I was informed that it "tore up" two suites including the indestructible suite and was placed in the regular area for 9 out of 11 days of its stay. They tried to charge me $65.00 for it chewing on some PVC pipe they left in the 'suite' and bedding material they put in the kennel with it. I informed the office manager that I did not think I should pay the damage fee and she proceeded to threaten me with a law suite. I was literally in shock at this point and requested to speak to the owner. My request was denied. I paid my bill of over $400.00 minus the $65.00 - or so I thought. Pros: None Cons: Will charge for services not rendered, not place pets in kennels paid for and most deplorable customer service I have ever experienced. more

Cobble Hill Bed and Biscuit is the very best place to leave your pet!! I don't have any two legged children but my dog and cat fill those shoes. Being that they are my children, nothing is too good for them. I have boarded my dog at several different places always requesting top accomodations. Cobble Hill is the first place to openly show the entire facility prior to boarding. I chose a Luxury Suite and was thrilled when I picked up my dog, who turned around and tried to walk back into the kennel with the staff. I now board exclusively at Cobble Hill and my dog nearly jumps out of the window as soon as we pull into the parking lot he is so excited! more

We took our Border Collie, Macey to Cobble Hill Bed & Biscuit because we had heard nothing but good things about them. We found out that Macey had a slight ear infection the same day we took her to the kennel, we were very worried about it but they ASSURED us that they would give her the medicine & she would be fine. We even called the next day to see how she was doing & they said she was doing great & everyone just adored her. When we picked her up, again...everything was just perfect! However, that evening when my husband checked her ear, it seemed to be even worse than when we dropped her off, she even whined. He opened the medicine to only find out that they had NEVER even opened the container!! We called the kennel who said it was just an oversight, however we still are VERY upset about it and could never use or recommend them. Just thought others should know. more

Having used the services of Cobble Hill Bed & Biscuit for over 10 years I can unequivically rate them the highest in the Raleigh area, and the best I have used. Initially, I placed 2 dogs and 2 cats at Cobble Hill for safe keeping and care while away on vacations ,etc. They have always taken the best care of our pets. They were professional, attentive, courteous, caring and always accommodating. Our pets were always returned to us in excellent shape and disposition. My golden retrievers have been left in the care of the Cobble Hill staff numerous times. They are polite, caring and understanding. They have never once come home with fleas or ticks and always are happy when I leave them and pick them up. My two boys just love it there. Especially the pool. They love to swim. My dog loves to go to go here and he is "choosey". He loves water but hates a bath. The staff at Cobbile Hill gave him a bath his first visit and I knew then that, I had found his home away from home. The staff are courteous, efficient, and capable. I highly recommend this boarding facility. The staff always remembers my dogs and their special needs. They are very well taken care of and come home happy and healthy. My two goldens stay together in one of the suites with private run. It is a great, stress free environment for them. more

My two goldens are truly "high maintenance"! I never worry when they are at Cobble Hill. The staff always remembers their individual quirks and needs and give extra attention during difficult times (they are terrified of thunderstorms). They require medications and special diets and I know that they get this while they are there or they would be sick when they came home. I've been to other boarding facilites where my dogs would come home sick or stressed out. That has NEVER happened at Cobble Hill. They love going there and always leave happy! We have used Cobble Hill since I moved to Wake Forest in 1996.\r \r Our two current dogs love to visit, as did our previous dog. The staff know them -- and don't mind dog kisses. \r \r Because we are regulars, we get frequent visitor discounts. And we watch for the coupons in the Wake Weekly for discounts on grooming for our Toller. \r \r Thanks for the great service. more

How fortunate I was to find the Cobble Hill Bed and Biscuit when I moved to the area 3 years ago. As a former breeder and dog trainer my standards were high and this kennel has high standards. Friends frequently offer to take my very spoiled rescue dog when I am away on business or pleasure and I always feel that my little one will be safer at Cobble Hill. I could never say enough kind words about the staff that are always caring and dedicated to the animals that we place in their care. The facility is clean and the annual inspection done in 2007 indicates that not one problem was found in the facility. When your furry friends need a home away from home Cobble Hill is the place to go. Pros: High standards, clean, friendly and caring staff more

Patty & her staff are AWESOME! My dog absolutely LOVES going to Cobble Hill - she visits frequently as we show horses & have a place at the beach. They always go the extra mile so my dog actually goes to the girls and never looks back at me! The facility is very clean & the new suites are a wonderful addition! I would NEVER hesitate to recommend Cobble Hill to anyone who dearly loves their animals as we do! more
