Review content:
We took our Border Collie, Macey to Cobble Hill Bed & Biscuit because we had heard nothing but good things about them. We found out that Macey had a slight ear infection the same day we took her to the kennel, we were very worried about it but they ASSURED us that they would give her the medicine & she would be fine. We even called the next day to see how she was doing & they said she was doing great & everyone just adored her. When we picked her up, again...everything was just perfect! However, that evening when my husband checked her ear, it seemed to be even worse than when we dropped her off, she even whined. He opened the medicine to only find out that they had NEVER even opened the container!! We called the kennel who said it was just an oversight, however we still are VERY upset about it and could never use or recommend them. Just thought others should know.
