When we were at Costco the other day, we decided to get a rep to price out custom closets. Shellie Miller came over to our home and was very knowledgeable. The Closet Factory and Costco work closely together. Installations are only done by licensed/insured employees of the Closet Factory and are not subcontracted out to other companies. Her quotes were fair and because of our Costco member rebates and lifetime guarantees from both companies, my wife and I were confident to place the order. They have some really nice products that range from simple to very ornate. Shellie is a pleasure to work with and we look forward to doing more business in the future. more

Mark Sidell was a dream to work with. He is a combination of skilled professional Designer and caring, helpful support system. He listened carefully to our needs for the built-in unit we were planning and acted, not as a salesman, but as a problem-solver. We benefited from his artistic expertise and experience and ended up with a final product that not only met our needs but reached all our aesthetic goals as well. The patience with which he handled our hesitant choices and agonized decision-making was worthy of a saint. Mark made it clear from the beginning that his goal was the same as ours â?? a final product that was just what we wanted. There was never a feeling of being rushed. Anyone planning a custom-built project needs Mark Sidell to help transform their vision into a reality. And it didn't hurt that the price has gave us was both reasonable and competitive. My neighbors all want my garage! I worked with Mark Sidell at Motor Trend Garage which is part of Closet Factory. When I got to the store I was amazed by the look and quality of their work. Mark came by and spent quite a bit of time both at my house and working through the design of my garage in their shop. Love it, love it, love it! The design and service that I received from Shellie Miller and the Closet Factory was fantastic and affordable. I also needed an additional shelf hung, which the installers kindly helped me with. The Closet Factory gave us exactly what we deeded! Mark Sidell is a fabulous designer and was very patient as we made our choices for 4 closets, a pantry, laundry room, office, and garage.He offered suggestions and gave us the time to view everything on their 3-D computer design system before making final selections. The scheduler and installation team were very professional and attentive. The installers completed their work just as planned and were very neat. I want to thank Shellie Miller and The Closet Factory for all of the help with the design of our new closets and laundry room. Each place turned out beautifully! We are very happy with the customer service we got from them and with the quality of the cabinets. Shellie was very patient with my multiple revisions of the plan and I appreciated that she was always prompt with replies. That was important to me, especially since I was anxious to get started and other places I was getting estimates from were taking weeks to get back with me. Shellie and her company really stood out amongst the others! more

They have been probably my best vendor during an extensive renovation. They did a really good job for me, and made it feel like it's not just about the money. Nice work! We were told to use another closet company who had done a lot of work in our neighborhood but some people have started to complain about the work. We thought it was just a simple thing to have my wife's closet organized but as it turns out there is more to it especially since my wife wanted it done right like she sees in lots of magazines. So we found Closet Factory and worked with Mark Sidell. Totally different experience than with any other company. This guy is a closet expert and made sure that we did things right and at the lowest price. We wanted simple and that's what we got. Best of all it was done the right way. Very pleased. After meeting with a couple of other closet companies, I chose Closet Factory. Prior to contracting with them, Our designer Amy Mendez had come out to my home twice and I had met with her in their showroom. She made me feel confident with their product and expertise. I had a lot of questions and definitely took my time making the right decision to hire them. I couldn't have been any happier with the outcome of my closets, home office and wall unit. I'm not big on writing reviews, but My experience from beginning to end was so smooth that I had to share my experience. I received so many compliments form my friends and family. I HIGHLY recommend using Amy Mendez as your designer at Closet Factory! You won't be disappointed! more

We recently sold our house and missed the custom closets that were missing in our new one. We wanted to have a similar place without making giant spurlges. After looking through all of the magazines that cramped our mailbox, we called a few closet sompanies. We knew we'd found the right place when Shellie Miller knocked on the door. She was kind, confident and really knew her stuff! She said her Closet Factory training taught her to design with our budget in mind, and she really did!\r We can't say enough good things about the giant drawers instead of crowding our bedroom with dressers. Such a luxury! The doors on our cabinets, shiny hanging rods, soft-close drawers, beautiful crown finishes and everything else came together perfectly! Our excellent master closet wil certainly help to sell our house in the future, but for the time being, we will enjoy the peace of perfect organization. I was having issues finding someone reputable to give me an original entertainment centerpiece for my contemporary home. I was actually shocked when a friend recommended The Closet Factory. After an impressive trip to the showroom, I scheduled designer Shellie Miller to come and take a look at what I wanted. She was quick to respond within a couple of days and a few weeks later, it was done! Beautiful job, solid price, talented Designer. It was exactly what I was looking for. Shellie will be my go-to for all upcoming projects. more
