So Shellie from the Closet Factory comes in ... checks out my closet that fell down and in under 30 minutes, we've got plans and a date to have a beautiful custom made space completed in less than 2 weeks! Shellie Miller was a breath of fresh air! Our wire closet completely collapsed and we were living in a disorganized mess. She came through the door with a sunny smile and bright attitude. Her quick solution saved the day! Thankfully her scheduling department gave us a date not too far in the future to remedy our problem and the workmanship is better than expected. I had a wire closet completely fall down and Shellie Miller came and designed one that was a huge improvement with regard to space and storage planning!The Closet Factory did really good job putting everything in--it looks great. Everything was good. There was nothing bad at all, and the price was good. I had that closet redone and Shellie will be helping with replacing some old laundry cabinets that have some damage. She was terrific to work with and I highly recommend Shellie and her company more

We can sum it all up very simply: EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GREAT! \r From the moment we started our storage solution quest all the way through the design process then implementation/installation it has been a pleasure! We started by visiting the design showroom in Deerfield Beach where we met Senior Designer Mark Sidell. Mark welcomed us from the moment we were introduced and spent a considerable amount of time with us showing us the entire operation and design options available to us and took the time to see what our needs/wants were involved with the project. He then scheduled our in-home measuring of the spaces we were interested in having organized. Mark has been the ultimate professional throughout the entire design and implementation process. He scheduled another meeting with us once he finalized all the space designs so that we could fine tune and pick finishes and hardware options. Most importantly, Mark truly listened to what we wanted, and his final designs exceeded our expectations. \r \r Our installation crew was professional, courteous and worked very neatly. They covered their work areas with drop cloths and ensured all areas were neat and clean when each area was completed. Whenever there were questions, the installers double checked with us to ensure we were happy with any decisions that needed to be made at the time. They were perfectionists and did everything they could to ensure the job was done right and to our expectations.\r \r We also had The Closet Factory do our garage floor. The crew for this project arrived on time and got to work immediately. In less than 4 hours they were completely finished, and all we could say is ""WOW!"" They transformed our ordinary garage floor to a showpiece! Many of our neighbors came by the day they finished while the floor was drying and we got nothing but positive feedback. We even had one of the development construction crew say it's the best floor coating he's ever seen applied!\r \r So if you're on the fence on who to use for your closet, entertainment center, garage or other storage solutions we strongly recommend calling Mark Sidell at The Closet Factory without hesitation. First time using any closet company, and Shellie Miller made it so easy...she practically held my hand the whole time because I had so many questions and was worried about every detail. Best floor in the neighborhood! I met with a few companies and was most impressed with Mark from Closet Factory. Turns out they are also the Motor Trend garage people so I felt pretty good about hearing what they had to say. I checked out everything on line and the fact is everything Mark told me about their polyurea floor, along with everything he told me about all the competitor floors turned out to be true. I give Shellie Miller and The Closet Factory 5+ stars across the board! We've used them multiple times and have always been very satisfied with their work and the service they provide. I always request Shellie because she is polite, prompt, and so helpful. She has really gone out of her way to accommodate us. We had a pretty big job going in with many components and she really pulled through on our behalf and made sure we were taken care of. It's things like that I really appreciate about Shellie and her company. They have always been very fair and honest with their prices and billing. Mark Sidell at the Closet Factory did an incredible job designing, building and installing my home office work area. It was exactly what I was hoping for and we all know that rarely happens. A beautiful transition! When we started we had a spare bedroom that we stripped of everything including the mounted hammerhead shark on the wall. When we were done working with Mark Sidell at the Closet Factory the room had been transformed into an office with a beautiful murphy bed for guests. When we moved into our new home, we got quotes from 3-4 companies for a number of projects in our house - master bedroom closet, pantry closet, and home office. Most people that we had in our home never met the mark, but our designer Amy Mendez was very professional and took as much time as was needed to arrive at the look and the budget we wanted. She knows her business that's for sure!
