Our Designer Shellie Miller went above and beyond the call of duty. All of her ideas were first class and professional. The Closet Factory installation team was on time, quick and left our home cleaner the when they began! We absolutely will use this service again. Kudos for having an awesome employee like Shellie. boy are we glad we met mark sidell from closet factory. we were about to redo our epoxy floor in our garage and my handiman gave us a really great price since he was also painting the garage. but when we saw a motor trend add in a circular in our mail we called and that's when we got quite an education. mark had their guys put down the polyurea floor which made our garage floor look as good as any floor in our house. they did a beautiful job and everybody loves it. best of all we never have to touch it again. m&g prine more

Senior Designer Shellie Miller was very kind, profession, prompt, and knowledgable of the work involved in our latest trio of home projects. After going over our desires with great care, she was eager to start designing and met with me the next afternoon to share her ideas. In addition, The Closet Factory team was patient while working with my HOA's meticulous approval process. They were very thorough every step while Shellie kept me informed. The final results of our new closets, laundry room and bathroom vanity are excellent! Finally, our home was kept very neat and clean both during and after completion. more

Mark Sidell from Closet Factory did an amazing job on all 3 of our closets! Everything truly exceeded my wife's and my expectations. The work done by The closet factory and their team came out better than my wife and I expected. After being let down by so many Florida contractors, it's nice to know that some companies still do things the right way! Our closets and laundry room cabinets are perfect. Shellie Miller came out and looked at my job, gave me a good quote, and let me know when The Closet Factory could start the work. She kept me updated as to everything the job entailed and The installers got to work on schedule. The job was completed in a timely fashion, looks great, and did, in fact, come in under budget. I would highly recommend Shellie and the conscientious Closet Factory team for any closets and cabinetry needed in your home. more

I called Shelley Miller because I'd met her at a networking event. She came to my home and assessed the situation with my closets. I really wanted to revamp them to look more beautiful and in accord with the many upgrades I have throughout my home. The Closet Factory team for delivery/installation were booked several weeks out, and now I understand why. They provided excellent service at a price that Shelley helped to remain reasonable while delivering an outstanding product . They were here when they said they'd be and did nice work. Very good experience and I will use them again. more

After a recommendation from a friend, we called Senior Designer Shellie Miller to look at some areas in our home. She went out of her way to assess our needs (shoe counting!) and get the project done right - her work was excellent and the installers kept things neat and cleaned up. The Closet Factory and Shellie were very customer oriented and were very easy to deal with. I will definitely keep them in mind for any additional projects that may come up. more

We went to the Closet Factory originally for the closets. We ended up so impressed with Mark Sidell and their overall capabilities that we decided to let them do so much more including additional storage spaces, garage cabinets and the garage floor. Working with Mark really helped us to get what we needed. The installers they sent were really great to work with too!!!! Thank you again to everyone at Closet Factory. Our built-in desks and shelving unit were just installed and we couldn't be more pleased. Mark Sidell made the whole process a real pleasure. He was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable with the design process. Mark was extremely attentive and always there to discuss any concerns or thoughts I had.
