Clean4clean did a good job cleaning my carpets and upholstery. I got a very good special on both my carpets and the upholstery. I?ve used other companies in the past and clean4cean stands out to me b/c of their prices and green products. I have very sensitive allergies and skin so I was very happy to see their products wouldn?t irritate me. The service was good and the pricing wasn?t too bad. I would recommend they get more specials but other then that it?s a great company. I recommend them! more

Today I got my dryer vents cleaned and i'm happy w/the service I received. Knowledgeable and friendly tech and he was only at my home for a couple of hrs. They we're able to see me the same day I called which was great b/c my laundry was piling up. It wasn't cheap but it was much more affordable then other companies I've used in the past and the service was 10X better...highly recommend! more

Coincidentally a potty training toddler and air vents don?t go well together. My son thought it was a good idea to make his pull up ?disappear?. I thought he was taking them off and putting them into the trash, but over time I noticed a smell lingering throughout the home. My first thought was mold so I had my system tested and it was negative so the technician suggested a visual inspection to actually see what was causing the smell. I was embarrassed but the thought of pampers in my vents made me laugh. Of course my son didn?t know any better but now he knows not to do this anymore. Needless to say, we had the air ducts cleaned, sanitized and rid of all pampers and pull ups and the system and air flow is clean and fresh. more

I'm in a rental and the carpets are not in good shape. I accept this. But Clean 4 Clean was hired to get the ex-tenants car smell out, not perform miracles. I wasn't looking for anything beyond smell-free carpets. Instead I got sticky, disgusting carpets, attitude of the service technician, and the privilege of rescheduling and taking time off from work three times. Frankly, I wouldn't hire these guys for any reason ever. I gave them more than the their fair share of opportunities to make the situation right. And the guys in the office seemed genuinely concerned that I wasn't happy with my experience. But their field technicians are a joke. Rude, unable to keep appointments, and not worth the time or effort to even get them to come back and fix their mess. Overall, do not hire Clean 4 Clean. You're better off renting one of those carpet cleaning machines from the grocery store. At least then you're only out $40 and a couple hours of your time for the same poor quality of work, not vacation days and a few hundred bucks. more

I wish I had seen the reviews before calling these people. ""Bait and switch"" is an apt description that one reviewer posted. They have a slick website and an attractive coupon. Their actual quote is quite different. Here is my experience: I have a decent carpet and I don't have pets or small kids. Except few high traffic areas the carpet is in good condition. I made the mistake of telling him that the carpet is not steam cleaned in 3 years. I asked a quote for deep cleaning. He quoted 500+. I was na??ve enough to think its normal around these parts of the town. He also agreed to move small furniture with my help. He asked me to sign at two places before starting the job. Again, I blame myself for not reading the print and signed up. He finished in two hours and it hit me the next day. 1) He did not help me move things. He just went around little things I missed. 2) Other places charge about 200 for deep cleaning the whole house. 3) The little box I signed reads ???The customer has been informed that because of extremely poor condition of the items that it probably will not clean and agrees to pay above costs for doing our best to try and clean the fabric. Guarantee does not apply. Payment is due even if fabric does not clean???. I am furious at this point with myself as well as on clean4clean for duping me. Over next one week I talked to their managers trying to reason with them and get an explanation of the exorbitant charges. All I got was ???didn???t you agreed to pay? Sorry we cannot give any partial credit???. Also they said they are not insured to move furniture. They clearly failed to neither tell that to their own employee nor put in print. I told them that I will be posting my experiences on net and it didn???t seem to bother them in the least. Last I talked the operations manager said he will talk to the owner and call me back. Well, I am still waiting. Next step: contact better business bureau (BBB). Meanwhile you please save your money and avoid heartburn. more

My dryer had not been drying sufficiently so I thought it needed maintenance. I called out the appliance crew and they told me my dryer duct was clogged up with lint. I did an online search for dryer vent cleaning and found Clean 4 Clean. They came out and cleaned it from the inside of the house and at the exterior in the back to ensure the lint was completely removed. I no longer have to runt he dryer 2-3 times to get my clothes fully dry. I definitely recommend this service for anyone having an issue with the dryer not drying clothes properly more

The air flow from my ducts was very low when I started to run my system again, and I even detected a slight odor. I noticed Clean 4 Clean had a free furnace and video inspection included with their initial air duct servicing for like $80. When they came out, we discovered I had a dead mouse in the ducts thanks to the video inspection. They removed it safely and quickly, but assured me I?d still have a lingering odor. I decided to receive the sanitizing services to freshen the system and the air through the home. Since then my air flow in the home is back to normal and I no longer detect that odor the dead mouse left lingering. more

I get my carpets cleaned a lot and this time I wanted to try one of these companies that I always see with very cheap prices. I have always heard that all these companies are too good to be true and I should stay away. Against my better judgment I called a few of these companies and I landed on Clean 4 Clean. They actually weren?t the cheapest I found but they were not far off and it was the only company I called that I thought sounded honest. The only complaint I had was that they came out 2 hours late. When I called to find out where they were I was informed that the time frame I was given was not how long the job would last but the time frame in which they would show up. When they did show up they told that I should really consider using one of their more expensive services in one of my rooms. I didn?t want to do it initially but the guy offed to do a small part of the room so that I could see what it would look like. I decided to go for it and was very pleased with my results. Besides the miscommunication about when the technician would arrive Clean 4 Clean was honest and professional and I do recommend their services to anyone! more

My carpets needed to be cleaned. After the holidays they were completely dirty, stain and spots everywhere! I called Clean4Clean because of the green influence. I really liked that! Once the tech arrived he informed me that one of the rooms would benefit from the process called a deep scrub (I was told about this on the phone) I chose to do it in the living room where all the stains were, for an additional $30. Not too bad! Once the cleaning was finished, the carpets were a bit damp for a few following hours but then they dried out fairly quick. I like the cleaning and the result. Would defiantly recommend CLEAN 4 CLEAN more

I scheduled Clean4Clean to come out and give a quote for cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. After an inspection of the house and an inventory of the ventilation system the technician quoted $275 to do the job and asked if I would also like to have the interior air passages treated with a sanitizer (which kills mold, bacteria, etc.) for $175. I agreed and he proceeded with the work. When he had ""finished"" the main ducts he informed me that he ""found"" two additional returns that would cost me $15 each to do. Did I want them cleaned? OF COURSE I WANT THEM CLEANED! I want the whole house cleaned and you quoted a price! I let it go....and accepted the $30 charge to make sure that the job was complete. When he ""completed"" the duct cleaning he added the sanitizer and presented me the bill. $690!!! He explained that because I have two systems it was $175 X 2 for the sanitizer on top of the addl $30 that he conveniently missed in the initial inspection when he was giving me a quote. Needless to say I was floored and frankly too shocked to refuse to pay him the money at the time. He tried to say that he told me everything up front. Sneaky salesman all the way. MY FIRST MISTAKE was paying him. MY SECOND MISTAKE was not checking EVERY vent and every opening throughout the house or better yet, following him from room to room for 2 hours and watching his work before I signed off. After he left, I found MORE THAN 10 vents that were not even touched. In fact, if the vents had to be unscrewed to access them, I don't think he did any of them. NOT EVEN TOUCHED! And I think I found another MAJOR air return that was not cleaned. La di Da, poking around my house looking like he is actually working. WHAT A CROCK! And it gets better....... So I call Clean 4 Clean and tell them that I wasn't happy with the billing, but mostly not happy that the job was not done right and confirmed that EVERY vent in the house was supposed to be cleaned. Apologies, Apologies, we'll send someone out and make this problem right....did they show up? No. Will they even consider refunding the $205 that I was not quoted but was billed? Not their policy to refund. MY THIRD MISTAKE was actually believing that they were going to make this right. Whatever you do....DO NOT allow Joe C. to be your technician and DO NOT believe that Russ is going to make it right. On second thought, MY FIRST MISTAKE was calling Clean 4 Clean. more

I had air ducts cleaned 3 weeks ago. Used other companies in the past but like this one the most . The technicians , price and quality of work. Got a free video inspection before and after cleaning which made me believe in perfection of the service! Good Luck more

Had the Clean4Clean come out and clean my upholstry, and I must say i was skeptical of using any company because, my furniture was very expensive. After arriving they were very informative and explained what needed to be done. They even helped me with a sanitizer to get rid of the dog smell. I am so pleased that I just had to write a review, definitely worth the money and time!!!! more

I recently had Clean4Clean come do Water Restoration for me. I really appreciated Clean4Clean coming to service me the same day I called. I tried many other companies and all were booked, but Clean4Clean understood the severity of the situation in my home and did their very best to service my home ASAP! They came and did a GREAT job with my basement! I appreciate Clean4Clean for being prompt and understanding. more

I called Clean4Clean last Friday and needed my Carpets cleaned quickly before company arrived later that day. Clean4Clean was not only able to service me the same day, but also had GREAT prices and did a GREAT job. I almost felt like I was stealing from the company. I would use this company again! more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Where do I even start? My appt was from 8-10, they called at 8:30 informing me that they wouldn't be able to make until 10-1 due to ""traffic"". I took the morning off of work and frankly don't have time to wait around 5 hrs for them to get to me. They reassured me that they'd be there by 11:30 max. I received a subsequent call from the tech telling me that the earliest he can get there was 12. strike one. more

The technician was supposed to arrive between the hours of 8am-10pm. He didn't show up until 10:47am. I saw an add that promised 5 rooms of carpet cleaned for $49.99. After the tech showed up he told me it was going to cost $49.99 plus $35.00 per room to actually clean the carpet. In his own words ""If you don't get the deep cleaning then it's only spraying hot water on the carpet. It's not actually going to clean it."" So they basically use a bait and switch. I told him to just go ahead and ""clean"" the carpets as well as he could and we would go from there. He did 4 rooms in less than a half hour. Of course nothing was actually clean when he was finished. I would not recommend this company as i was totally unsatisfied. more

We recently had to find someone to clean our dryer vent in order to prepare for the installation of new dryer. I never check the coupons that are coming via mail , but my friend told me about the clipper magazine where she found out about this cleaning company (Clean4Clean com) and which I chose to follow with later because she was very happy with the job that they provided. I called to the office to set up an appointment and the operator told me about their special that they have for dryer vent with the air duct cleaning where you pay the same price as if you get the dryer vent to be cleaned by itself. So, of course, I decide to go with that. As the technician arrived he took a look at my whole system and notified me that I have more than one main and one return ducts (which their special covers) , and he gave me an exact estimate for everything, and the operator did let me know that it will be extra charge, so there was no surprises for me as it could definitely be, but since I only needed primarily my dryer vent cleaned I customize the work myself and proceed with those specials that I originally asked for. The tech was really nice, and he also did a video inspection before and after the cleaning as a proof of his well-done job (you do have to request the video thou). I was absolutely satisfied and planning on cleaning my carpets and power wash my deck while they still have specials running!!! more
