Waste of time and energy!\r \r Scheduled cleaning for 8am-10am Saturday--everything is cleared off the floor, and vacuumed Friday night, per confirmation call on Friday. \r \r They call at around 9am on Saturday to reschedule because the tech was running late. No problem, can do, new time frame is 1-4pm. \r \r 3:59, called to see where the technician was--operator stated he was running late in Fairfax, and that he would have the tech call to give me an eta, and thanked me for my patience. \r \r 5:53pm, still no technician, no phone call, no noth'n (I literally called 7 times, no answer). It's clear they aren't coming. I had to rent a steam cleaner and stay up all night to get this done by myself. Too bad I wanted to do other things on Halloween! more

Im swear Im always dropping or spilling something on my carpet. The other day I spilled soda on my cream carpet. Of course I wasn't drinking sprite, I had to have orange soda. I called Clean 4 Clean to see if they could come out ASAP to clean my carpet. They told me they had a minimum charge of 3 rooms so I went ahead and had two other rooms done. They needed to be cleaned anyway.\r \r They were able to come out that day which was awesome because I didnt want the stain to sit too long. I got the deep scrub in the room with the soda stain because the technician assured me that it would completely get the stain out which it did. All of the carpets looked amazing but I was really happy with the soda stained room because the spot was completely gone and there was no way to tell that there had ever been a spot there. Clean 4 Clean is wonderful and I love how fast their services are. I definitely recommend them for any carpet cleaning you need done! more

I love my white soft, fluffy carpet, but I hate it at the same time because it gets dirty so easily. Because of this I have to get it cleaned like every three months to keep it looking fresh. I use Clean 4 Clean every time I need my carpets done. I've been using them for over a year now and they have never let me down. I usually call a couple days before I want the cleaning done and they always fit me in. When the guy comes out I show him which rooms I want done and he looks for any spots that might need some extra attention. Usually my high traffic areas need deep cleaning. It never takes too long for the technician to complete the job. The price is always fair and they're always really nice to me. I love Clean 4 Clean and recommend giving them a call to try their services. more

\r Thank Goodness for this company . My parents left me the house for the week they went away for my mothers 43rd birthday . I had a couple people over one night and we got pretty drunk and dumb playing beer pong on my mothers white carpet . I dropped a cup of jungle juice on the floor :/ .I woke up the next morning and went online to look for a cheap carpet restoration and clean 4 clean pooped up . i called booked an appointment and Bam just like that my carpet was cleaned and looked better than it ever did .. I was having a big Mary Kay event coming up at my house so its only right that I have my house spotless. I called Clean 4 Clean to steam clean my carpets. They had a very fast turn around; they were able to fit me in that day. Just like they said, the technician called about 30 minutes before arriving. When he got there I showed him which rooms I wanted done and he accessed each one to see if there were any other treatments that would benefit me. I ended up going with the deep scrub in my living room because of all the high traffic. When he was finished I could totally tell the difference from how dirty the carpets were before. I had no clue they were actually that dirty. I guess over time everything just blends in and you can tell that they're extremely dirty.\r \r I really like Clean 4 Clean. Throughout the entire service the technician was very nice to me and understanding of what I wanted done. The price wasn't bad at all either. Once my party rolled around the ladies noticed and commented on how bright my carpets were. Its been a few weeks and they still look great! I really like Clean 4 Clean. I have them do my air ducts and carpets from time to time. They always fit me in for an appointment pretty quick. Whenever they come out the technician does a good, thorough job. I never feel like I'm being cheated when it comes to the price; I'm paying for the excellent services that they provide. I recently did all of my spring cleaning. I know its a bit late for spring cleaning but oh well; better late than never. So anyway, once I was finished with cleaning my entire house I wanted to have the carpets cleaned. I didnt want to spend a lot of money considering I could just rent a cleaner from Walmart or something but I wanted that professional cleaning look. I looked online and found Clean 4 Clean. They were having a special to have the whole house steam cleaned for $65! You cant beat that. They set me up with an appointment at my earliest convenience.\r \r When the guy came to do the carpet he was very nice and polite. I hadn't moved any furniture so he told me he would clean around it as best as he could. That was no lie. He cleaned around it and UNDER it. It was basically as if I had moved my furniture. When he was finished my carpets looked amazing! They weren't super dirty to begin with but after the cleaning they just POPPED! Super satisfied with how the carpets turned out. I will be calling Clean 4 Clean again for sure. more

Clean 4 Clean came out and cleaned my air ducts. I used the $79.95 coupon for my whole house. I had an extra return vent so that was a little extra but nothing unreasonable. I was worried that they were going to come out, play around with my vents for a while then act like they were cleaned. I had another company do that to me about 6 months ago and I paid well over what I paid with Clean 4 Clean. I was furious! My air ducts looked pretty much the same. So needless to say I was a skeptical to trust Clean 4 Clean to get the job done. \r \r When the day of my appointment came the tech called about a half hour before he was going to be at my house. That was good because it didnt leave me sitting around for the entire 3 hours wondering when he was going to get there. Once he was there and took a look at my system he explained everything to me. The job took him about an hour and a half which I appreciated because it let me know he took his time to do a good job. After he was done I took a look at my vents and they were way cleaner than when the other company came to do them. Now that Clean 4 Clean proved themselves to me I'll be using them from here on out. more

My boyfriend is allergic to my dog and my dog sheds...A LOT. I figured having the vents cleaned would help calm his allergies down. It would clean all of the built up dog hair out of the duct system which would prevent it from being blown all around the house. I had Clean 4 Clean clean my air ducts and I also had them sanitize my system. i thought that would also help with his allergies.\r \r My thoughts were right! Clean 4 Clean did a great job cleaning my system. The technician walked me through everything he was going to do. I didn't feel like he was just trying to make money off of me I felt like he was doing his job to the best of his ability. The cleaning definitely helped with my boyfriends allergies. Im going to keep using Clean 4 Clean for my air duct cleaning since they did such a good job because there is no way Im letting go of my precious dog! more

Ive been using the rental grocery store cleaner for I dont know how long. My mom told me it was time to get a professional cleaning done. I was afraid it was going to be super expensive and do about the same job as the rental cleaner. She recommended Clean 4 Clean since thats who cleans her carpets. I gave them a call and they scheduled me pretty quick. When the technician came out and completed the job my carpets looked WAY BETTER! Not to mention I have berber so they had to dry foam clean it, which is actually the proper way to clean berber. The rental cleaner was slowly but surely ruining my carpet. It made it seem like the rental cleaner was just wetting my carpet and moving the dirty water around. Clean 4 Clean took great care of my carpet. My days of being cheap are over. I am now on the Clean 4 Clean bandwagon with my mom. more

Im such a neat freak! I had Clean 4 Clean come out and clean my carpets, air ducts, and dryer vent all on the same day. I know Im annoying but it had to be done. The technician who came out could do it all! I was very surprised by that and pleased that he was so experienced. Allergies are a huge problem in my house but having the air ducts cleaned annually really helps with that. Having the dryer vent cleaned speeds up the drying cycle for my clothes. It also prevents house fires because all that lint build up so close to the heat of the dryer is definitely dangerous. My carpets werent too bad but I like to keep them fresh. Steam cleaning them every so often prevents any major stains from really settling in. I've been using Clean 4 Clean for about 4 years now and they never let me down. more

I have two very big dogs and with all the rain lately they were always dragging mud into the house. My carpets are really old but they were in pretty decent shape. Once my dogs got the carpets extremely dirty I was sure there was no way the stains would come out. I searched google for a good carpet cleaner and Clean 4 Clean was one of the top choices. I gave them a call and they scheduled me for the next day. When the technician showed up he was very nice. He told me about the deep treatment that would definitely get the stains out of my carpet. He was right! That deep treatment got my carpets looking better than before the mud was even there. if it wasent for the reviews i would have never known about this company. i saw that they did air ducts so i investigated . My son has very bad asthma and it seemed to be acting up this summer more than ever. So i decided to get the ducts clean . i haven't gotten them cleaned since he was a baby so it was well over due . i saw so many reviews talking about how there Allergies were so much better. A tech came and left within 2 hours very professional . i could instantly feel the difference in the air. Its been a week and we still haven't gotten 1 asthma attack . Thanks to Clean 4 Clean more

I like to get my air ducts cleaned about once a year. Especially in the spring when my allergies get pretty bad. Clean 4 Clean is usually who I call to get this done. Whenever I call they usually schedule me within the next few days if not the next day. I like their fast service and I also like how the tech explained everything to me. He got in there and completed the job within a good amount of time. Removing the dust really helps with my allergies and it allows my vents to blow clean air. Clean 4 Clean did a great job. more

I am using Clean 4 Clean for the third time and once again they have saved my carpets. In the winter my carpets always have a lot of high traffic due to the holidays so I like to get them cleaned at the beginning of the summer. A couple of days ago Clean 4 Clean came to clean my carpets. I got the deep scrub along with the steam cleaning since there were a few stains in the rooms on my first floor. The guy who was doing the cleaning was very nice and patient with me because of course I was asking millions of questions. The price was reasonable. I definitely feel as though I got my moneys worth. I recently had all the carpets in my house cleaned. Most of my rooms are a light color carpet so the dirt shows up really easy. I had a lot of set in mud stains from working in my yard a lot. Clean 4 Clean came out and did a steam clean with their deep treatment. It got all of the stains out and brought my carpet back to life. I asked Clean 4 Clean to come out and clean my dryer vent because I noticed that it was taking almost two cycles to dry my clothes. I had no clue that the dryer vent was what was causing this problem. When the technician came out he was very nice and walked me through everything so I knew exactly what was going on. Once he was done I dried a load of clothes and it was like magic! My clothes were dry within the first cycle. I was very satisfied with how clean my dryer vent was and how the technician kept me in the loop more

If you're looking for clean carpet this is the place to call! I have two dogs and a cat so you can only image the amount of hair and ""accident"" stains I had on my carpet. There was also a really strong wet dog smell in each of the rooms with carpet. When I called to book an appointment they were able to fit me in the next day; gotta love fast service! Before the cleaning guy came, he called to let me know he was on his way which I appreciated. Then when the job was finished not only did he get my carpets clean but he also put something down that removed the smell. I couldn't be happier with how the carpets turned out. Way better than I ever imagined. Its been about two months now and the smell is still gone and my carpets still look really good. Very satisfied and definitely having them come back! more

I had no hope for my carpet. I have a 1 year old that gets into everything so that means I have stains through out my house. I went on clean 4 cleans website and they looked legit. I looked at their reviews and they were awesome … So I said lets give it a shot. I called made my appointment and I was amazed on how different my carpets looked afterwards . They didn’t break my pocket either!!!. They were very fast and put effort into their job. The technician was on time and ready to work. I will never go and rent a rug doctor !! more

Clean 4 Clean did a wonderful job on my carpets! There were a lot of red juice stains from my children on my cream carpet (never a good combination). Along with the steam cleaning they used a deep treatment that really got the juice stains out. I was very pleased with how clean my carpets looked; basically brand new! I will definitely be using Clean 4 Clean the next time I need my carpets done. more
