I was amazed of how much lint came out of that pipe it was a fire hazard and I am glad clean 4 clean took care of everything and made this process as painless as possible for me..from booking, to showing up on time, to getting the job done right the first time!...unlike some other companies out there! I called Clean 4 Clean after purchasing a new home. The house had severe mold problem growing in the basement from flooding. We knew about the problem and got a great price on the house. I was pretty surprised of how smooth everything went! Just got my Air Ducts cleaned out and i was expecting this to be allot more stressful then it turned out to be. Called Clean 4 Clean to set up my appointment they explained the process on the phone and answered all of my questions knowledgably. Then last night Cambria from Clean 4 Clean called me and confirmed my appointment just as promised and today Alex came right on time did everything they promised to do. I Called in last week to set up Air Duct cleaning in my home after i noticed that no matter how much i clean dust levels in my home just go insane every time I run my heater.Called few companies and everyone just seamed SHADY! Then I stumbled upon Clean 4 Clean on here...saw few reviews good and bad...and decided to give these guys a shot.\r As soon as i pressed send on my phone a gentleman named Russ was on the line(kind of freaked me out..other companies i had to hold for like 5 minutes just to get someone) we went over all the ins and outs of the cleaning and went over the price..everything seemed to add u(keep in mind i was feeling like a pro at this after hanging up on 3 diffident companies already) Loved the price Loved Russ'es customer service and booked an apoitment t for following Monday 4th for 1-4.\r ...so weekend goes by way 2 quick but i spoiled myself a little and took Monday off as well :D\r Aound 12:30 12:40 i get a call from Gentleman named Alex letting me know he is On tha way...Yay another plus C4C you actually kept your word about 30-45 call ahead which NEVEEERRRR happens. \r Comes 1pm maybe few min after i get a call on my door and Alex is here! I was shocked to see all the big equipment that he brought and on top of that he was fully uniformed his vehicle was nicely logo-ed and on top of everything he wore SHOE COVERS!!!! Another HUGE plus c4c since i got a 2year old that gets into everything and i hate when people track all the crap from outside into my home. Alex started working imediatly after inspecting everything price was just as we discussed over the phone..i had some extra components not covered by the deal they are runing on the site but after researching on Nadca and other companies i had an idea of how much everything had to cost...anyway he did his thing and showed me about 20 before and after pictures and i got to say it but ALEX was Awesome! so C4C 5 stars all the way more

I recently decided to get my carpet cleaned. I have been meaning to have it cleaned for a long time but was worried about spending a lot of money. I also heard that some places can make the carpet look cleaner but don’t really do much for smells. Thanks to my friend who spilled a glass of milk on the carpet, never properly cleaned it, and forgot to tell me, there was a terrible sour smell that needed serious attention. I can put up with an old-stained carpet, but I cannot stand horrible smells.\r After wasting money and time on carpet cleaner from the store (and a couple kitchen towels), I finally decided to call the Clean 4 Clean. I couldn’t have been more pleased. They came exactly when they said; they were quick and professional, and the carpet looks great. Also, the carpet was dry in about 4 hours. There are no stains left and the carpet looks brand new. Most importantly, the smell is gone!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and am happy to give a five star rating.\r more

Let me start by saying I've been using Clean 4 Clean for years (and who doesn't love that alliteration)? They are always courteous, professional, and timely. Though they do good quite busy Clean 4 Clean is very accommodating so that you can get your house cleaned as soon as possible. I have a 4 bedroom house and I received a great price for a full, thorough cleaning of all my carpets. The cleaners use some great new materials and really good vacuums and brushes. I had some intense ground-in stains that I thought would never be removed, but they got them out quickly and efficiently. The workers were very friendly the whole time, and were patient as I explained everything that needed to be done. They didn't mind that I watched to make sure they were thorough, which they most certainly were. I had spilled wine in one room, some baby food in another, and lots of dog hair and dandruff throughout the house. When they were finished, the carpet was good as new, and it even smelled fresh (they use a special disinfectant spray that smells great as a free courtesy). If you need your carpets cleaned, forget Stanley Steemer. Clean 4 Clean is the BEST cleaning service for your buck. more

My daughter had a party while I was out of town and I came back and there were stains everywhere. I was furious with her. So then I goggled Carpet cleaning and Clean 4 Clean came up. They have super low prices compared to other places. I called them and they came immediately that day. “Same day service” they call it. When they were done the job I was extremely happy my carpet looked better than ever! And prior to them arriving they called 25 min before to confirm that they’re on the way. I had Ivan as my tech and he was very polite and professional and neat. I hope when I go back for service again it’s like the first time all over again. more

Prior to Clean 4 Clean Guys visiting my apartment, I had a strange odor circling my building. It turns out that we had technical damage that no one was aware of. I had other air duct companies do inspections but they concluded that everything was alright. Thanks to Clean 4 Clean I was able to get rid of the stench in only a few days beyond calling them. The best part was the price though. Compared to other services they were a steal. They even sent a serviceman out to do a free estimate the same day I called. Everyone I dealt with was nice and didn’t impose on my home in any sense. The crew was so good that I now use Clean 4 Clean for my business as well. On that front, they accommodate your business hours and operate around them. They do overnight work as well and that proves to be a great help during the hectic holiday seasons. New Year’s Day this year brought on a lot of challenges. I woke up, got my bearings and walked out to my living room to find 2 bottles of wine shattered on the carpet, their contents soaking my carpet for a good six hours. Trying to resolve this myself was pretty futile, after a couple unsuccessful trips to Home Depot to find something to mop it up- I finally called Clean 4 Clean. It was the right call; they came in, were there for under an hour and were able to restore my carpets to their original condition. Additionally, they took care of some other spots and issues from our dogs as a courtesy, something I didn’t really expect and I appreciated. In terms of customer service, these guys were top notch. In a city like Washington where it’s hard to get anyone to give you the time of day, I respected these guys attention to detail. They were no hassle, extremely professional and most of all a great buy for their services. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help like I did and I most certainly will be calling them again. Alex in the office was great! never experienced a better customer service! more

I called Clean4Clean a week ago to clean the carpets in my townhome. They had never been professionally cleaned and I really didn't know what to expect. I have 3 kids and 1 dog. I recently had my elderly dog put down and in the few weeks prior she had a lot of accidents. I did my best but I admit the carpets looked pretty bad. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and assured me that my carpets weren't the worst he had seen. He spent about two hours in my home which I did not mind because I knew I was getting a good cleaning. I did need a deeper cleaning in 2 rooms and the prices were very reasonable. I was also impressed and felt good about the fact they only use green products. Needless to say I will call Clean4Clean again in the future and will refer them to everyone. They are cleaning my neighbors carpets next week and I know they will be just as pleased as I am. Thanks Clean4Clean more

I called clean4clean in a real panic. My carpets were a mess and I got a surprise call from my in-laws saying that they were coming to visit in a week. They were going to be in town anyway and figured they would stop in and say hello. Sweet right? I about had a heart attack. We recently got a new puppy and anyone that has trained one before can tell you how frustrating it is. Needless to say my pup preferred the carpet in our den much more than outside. I called them expecting to wait a week or so to get an appointment, since every where I called said much of the same thing. I crossed my fingers and hoped that they could come out before my Mother-in-law had anything to say about the carpets state. The receptionist was very friendly and I was able to get a review the same day. more

The ultimate pros. I have very bad allergies and two dogs that shed hair all over the place. We called Clean 4 Clean and arranged for them to come clean our ducts and see if that would help my allergies. The technician arrived on time, first thing in the morning. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and took the before pictures of our ducts. I felt comfortable enough with him that I left him alone in my house while I went to work. more

I was in desperate need of some serious carpet cleaning. I have too many cats than I care to admit and after a long weekend I came home to my house absolutely a mess. There was vomit, feces and urine everywhere. I love my cats, but I was so angry I just wanted to throw every single one of them out! Frantically I googled carpet cleaners, I was having company the following week and would have been so embarrassed to have them see the mess that was made. I was so relieved to find out that not only the price was great! (5 rooms for 64.95!) but also they came out THAT SAME DAY. I spoke to the nicest receptionist, Maria I believe her name was. and then the tech that came out was polite and courteous the whole time. He assured me that he had seen much worse carpets, but I have a feeling he was only saying that to make me feel less embarrassed. They were really bad. more

The tech did a good job on my house ducts. I wasn't breathing well so i called this company hoping it would help the air quality and did it ever. The tech found dust dirt cat hair and mold. Its been a week since he left and i haven't had any breathing fits since. more
