I have had fabulous success with Classic Pianos. When we started our research for a used piano, they were consistently patient and understanding. They didn't make us feel bad or judge us because we wanted a used piano under $2500.00. You can always trade up. They let us spend plenty of time and our person just kept playing each one back and forth until we made our decision. The tuning service that came with it was dynamite too. Overall, they were very gracious and extremely informative. Buying a piano can be an intimidating experience but they help you through it. Also, the ease of delivery was remarkable. Thank you Classic Piano. more

My wife and I recently bought a digital piano from Classic Pianos. We had a great experience and will definitely use Classic Pianos for any of our piano needs in the future. Brian helped us with our purchase. We appreciated the family owned business and the low-key sales approach. After being shown some of the different digital pianos available and answering our questions, Brian left us on our own in the showroom to play and investigate as many of the pianos as were interested in. We found the perfect one but still needed some time to make a decision, which was not a problem at all. Brian told us to just give him a call after we made a decision. Finally, we are also excited about the Trade-up policy at Cascade Pianos. If we choose to upgrade to another piano anytime within two years, Cascade Pianos will give us the full purchase price of the piano we just bought to use towards a piano upgrade of greater value. This is particularly exciting given the fact that digital pianos are continually improving and adding new features, which we may very well want to take advantage of in the future. more

I purchased a Yamaha U2 piano at Classic Piano this April 2012. I am thankful very much to the service provided by Classic Piano. The sales representative is very responsible and knowlegeable, she is patient in answering our questions. I should also thank the manager at Classic Piano, he, together with Magrett, voluntarily put us in the group discount of 20% without us even requesting it, which saves us lots of money. Good deal, good quality of pianos. I highly recommend this piano store. more

We came in the door with very little knowledge of the piano purchasing process. We were treated very nicely, respectfully and never once felt like we were being upsold. They were very up front about the different price ranges and walked us through each one showing the differences and price points. We were given ample time to try different pianos, even our young children were shown around and encouraged to try out different models. The delivery went well and I would not hesitate to recommend Classic Pianos. more

I just bought a Weber grand at Classic Pianos. I had been looking for a piano for a long time and I visited Classic Pianos a lot before I bought it. Every time I went there, the people there were always very helpful and always gave out never ending helpfulness and kindness. Also the price is very reasonable. more

Great place to buy a piano 7/8/2012

holly g.\r Joined 5 months ago\r July 08, 2012\r I had been interested in buying a piano for months and was searching craigslist ads every day until I decided to stop into Classic Pianos to see what kind of selection of used pianos they had available. I was very impressed with the selection of used pianos--priced everywhere from several hundred dollars up to a few thousand. Even better is the fact that you can trade up at any time and apply a credit for the original piano you purchased toward a nicer piano. There is no better way to ensure that you will not lose money or value on what you purchase. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend stopping in to check this place out. more

I have played the piano on and off for 6/5/2012

I have played the piano on and off for years and have always to buy one. I went into Classic Pianos knowing I wanted a digital piano. Rick was very friendly and thorough as he explained the differences in each piano including how the keys are constructed to how many times each note were recorded to all the various functions of the digital pianos they carried. He wasn't at all pushy and didn't hover and gave my husband and I a few minutes to discuss our options in private. They have great prices, friendly service and a huge selection to choose from. I recommend them to anyone! more

Great Place to Buy a Piano 4/29/2012

I was referred to Classic Pianos by a friend. He was very impressed with the service and the trade-up policy. Having bought my piano from Classic Pianos I feel the same way. It is a family run business and everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. I was shopping for a digital piano and they explained the differences between the models with no bias towards the higher priced models. They also offered me the best prices available for the models I was interested in without my having to ask. I ended up buying the Yamaha YDP181 and am very happy with it. If I decide to upgrade to another piano within two years, they will give me the full purchase price of my YDP181 towards a piano of greater value (for an acoustic piano it is a lifetime upgrade policy). Although I was focused on digital pianos they have a huge selection of all types of pianos. I highly recommend Classic Pianos. more

Customer Service & Selection make this the local store to go to! 4/2/2012

The customer service I received from Taylor at Classic Pianos was awesome. Not only was he able to answer my list of questions, he gave me plenty of time to consider my options without being pushy or too unavailable. The customer service, selection, and that it is a local/family run business are the top reasons I ended up buying my new piano here. more

Best piano store 3/26/2012

I bought a digital Yamaha from them. I am an early beginner and this was the perfect place to shop for my first piano. The customer service is fantastic. It was nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. They have an excellent program where you have two years to turn in the piano you bought and have the full amount be credited to the purchase of an upgrade...that made it easy for me to buy my piano guilt free since I can start off with something simple and buy something more fancy later when I am more sure of my committment and progress. My husband went to pick it up for me a few days later and he too was very impressed by their customer service. ~K.K. more

I was shopping for a digital piano and 3/25/2012

I was shopping for a digital piano and was referred to Classic Pianos by a friend who bought her digital piano there. Upon arriving there, I was very inpressed with the high level of customer service they provided. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. They were really personable. They gave me a quick tour of the place with some information about the company that made me like them even more. They had a big selection of pianos. As an early beginner, my budget was on the low end so it was a learning experience to see what I could get for my budget. I ended up going a little over my budget to get what I needed/wanted but I was okay with that becuase I really trusted the guy who helped me. I never felt pressured or coerced into anything. He was very honest with what I needed and was more concerned with matching me to a the right piano vs making a bigger sale. I love the piano I got and feel at ease kowing that I have two years to turn it in and have the whole amount I paid for be applied to a new piano. Originally I wanted a Yamaha Cavinova but learned that it was out of my price range. I ended up getting a Yamaha Arius which was closer to my budget and still what I needed. If it weren't for their two year trade up program, I probably would have felt torn between spending the extra money on something I wasn't sure I needed at the time. This way I don't have to worry about that. My husband went a few days later to pick it up and he even said that he was impressed with their customer service. I would recommend seeing them if you even think you want to buy one. Just make sure if you go on the weekends to make an appointment. I didn't have an issue with that, but they were having a big sale the weekend I went and luckily I went early on a Friday, but they usually are very busy on the weekends when they have a sale. more

Great Deals!! 3/19/2012

I've never seen such a vast array of pianos that can meet anyone's budget. There are pianos prices from $1,000 to $250,000. It seemed like piano heaven bu the number of pianos from all over the world.\r \r The sales staff is outstanding. They meet with you to identify your specific needs and budget limitation then identify a number of options that will meet the client's specification. They can offer the best deals in town.\r \r I strongly recommend anyone who's looking to buy a piano at least stop by. The store is family owned and the family members are actively involved in the operations of the company.\r \r My sales associate is Margaret Woods. She is very knowledgeable of musical equipment and can obtain the most cost effective product for you. more
