I bought a digital Yamaha from them. I am an early beginner and this was the perfect place to shop for my first piano. The customer service is fantastic. It was nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. They have an excellent program where you have two years to turn in the piano you bought and have the full amount be credited to the purchase of an upgrade...that made it easy for me to buy my piano guilt free since I can start off with something simple and buy something more fancy later when I am more sure of my committment and progress. My husband went to pick it up for me a few days later and he too was very impressed by their customer service. ~K.K.
