Review content:
I was shopping for a digital piano and was referred to Classic Pianos by a friend who bought her digital piano there. Upon arriving there, I was very inpressed with the high level of customer service they provided. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. They were really personable. They gave me a quick tour of the place with some information about the company that made me like them even more. They had a big selection of pianos. As an early beginner, my budget was on the low end so it was a learning experience to see what I could get for my budget. I ended up going a little over my budget to get what I needed/wanted but I was okay with that becuase I really trusted the guy who helped me. I never felt pressured or coerced into anything. He was very honest with what I needed and was more concerned with matching me to a the right piano vs making a bigger sale. I love the piano I got and feel at ease kowing that I have two years to turn it in and have the whole amount I paid for be applied to a new piano. Originally I wanted a Yamaha Cavinova but learned that it was out of my price range. I ended up getting a Yamaha Arius which was closer to my budget and still what I needed. If it weren't for their two year trade up program, I probably would have felt torn between spending the extra money on something I wasn't sure I needed at the time. This way I don't have to worry about that. My husband went a few days later to pick it up and he even said that he was impressed with their customer service. I would recommend seeing them if you even think you want to buy one. Just make sure if you go on the weekends to make an appointment. I didn't have an issue with that, but they were having a big sale the weekend I went and luckily I went early on a Friday, but they usually are very busy on the weekends when they have a sale.
