It was great to come ""home"" when I returned to Classic Collision I had an initial experience with the entire staff after an accident with unforeseen road debris which had severely damaged my car. They were excellent in handling that entire process .This time I returned and was warmly greeted this morning by everyone. They looked at the front bumper which needed to be reconnected to my car on the left side. They said to give him a few minutes and they could fix that while I waited. They were courteous and kind, took my car into their shop and after about fifteen minutes, they returned with the front bumper reconnected securely. It was service that again I do not assume can happen, but it did. My experience was nothing short of awesome, and this seems to be the norm at Classic Collision I wouldn't go anywhere else.\r more

We are very happy with the appearance of the repairs and the condition of the car. In fact, our 2009 Acura TSX looks almost brand new again. The finishing touches of buffing and cleaning the vehicle add to the excellence of your repair services. Although we hope not to need damage repairs again soon, we will highly recommend your company to others.\r more

I had my damaged vehicle taken to Classic Collision and although it could not be repaired. I received excellent customer service from the manager . He went above and beyond to provide me information and processes to assist me with my insurance claim. If i ever am in need of collision repair again, this location will be the first place I call.\r more

The people at Classic Collision were very helpful throughout the entire repair process. Grant kept us informed about the progress of the repairs and any delays. The repairs were top notch from the body work to the paint to the cleanliness of the car when we picked it up. While the whole accident/insurance/repair process was not enjoyable the people at Classic Collision made a stressful situation much more tolerable. We would certainly recommend them to others and go back if we should ever need other repair work.\r more

They contacted me within minutes of my car being towed to Classic Collision and emailed me the necessary info to get started with my claim. They called me the next day to give me an estimate and detail of the repair work. Repairs to my car were completed earlier than originally estimated and it looks fantastic. I was extremely impressed with the service at the Chamblee branch, and although I live in East Cobb, will certainly bring my car back to this branch if it ever needs additional work.
