Classic Collision of Chamblee was a lifesaver when I got into a wreck on a rainy day. I slide into a telephone and they fixed the dent in my door!!! Quickly and efficiently, which I so appreciate!!! Thank you Classic Collision!!! more

Knowledgeable and Thorough 1/23/2012

I had gotten into a wreck and the closest repair shop was Classic Collision of Chamblee, I am so glad I went there. The mechanics were knowledgeable and thorough in their explanations!! The price was right up my alley and the repair time would be short!! Thanks for Classic Collision!!! more

Classic Collision of Chamblee was recommended by a friend when he heard I got into an accident!! I am so glad I went; they fixed me up right away and at a good price. The customer service was A++ in my book. The mechanic explained everything he was doing and gave me knowledge of how to properly maintain the health of my car. Thanks Classic Collision!!! more

There is no other place I will go to get any repairs done - this place is cost effective, friendly and fast workers. They sure know what they are going. Also, I really appreciate the honesty these guys have. Very respectful!!! more

5 weeks later truck won't start 11/24/2011

This should really be s negative review of myself for being naive enough to let my insurance company (Geico) choose the body shop for my truck. Geico has an adjuster that works there to supposedly get your vehicle back to you quickly.They said it would take 2 weeks but it took 5 weeks. Do you think it would have taken that long if Geico was responsible for my rental truck($1700). To add insult to injury they knowingly give my truck back to me with a very weak battery. This happens when a truck sits for five weeks. So here I am the next day,late for Thankgiving dinner because my truck has a dead battery. Thanks Geico and Classic Collision for kicking me in the teeth when I was already down. more

Work looks good 11/21/2011

I picked this place to fix a dent in my rear bumper because the reviews. I was still skeptical but I figured I'd give i t a try. I was very pleased with my experience there. They worked everything out with my insurance company. The work looks good and it only took a few days. Even better was that when I picked up my car they had washed it inside and out! more

Customer satisfaction 11/14/2011

Customer satisfaction at its best! They helped me out. I'm somewhat young and I experienced my first car accident about a month ago. I had 2009 Mini Cooper S and it was totaled! They were so honest and extremely helpful. I was so relieved that I wasn't alone in this horrible experience. more

I smashed my car rear view mirror and completely destroyed it. I found Classic Collision and read the reviews so I hoped for the best. It turned out they were very helpful and honest and had a new rear view mirror ordered and installed within a day. I was very pleased with the service I received. more

Classic Collision did a wonderful job fixing some deep scratches on my Acura! They matched the paint color perfectly and the car looks awesome! I will not go anywhere else. The owner was very nice and the quality excellent! more

Professional 11/4/2011

A above-average experience! I found this company after looking over the reviews of the three places that my insurance co referred me to and didn't want to go to any of them once I read about Classic Collision. As good as everyone says. Courteous front desk, easy check in. They had my estimate to me that day and even though they thought it would be up to a week to fix my bumper it was done in three days. Can't say enough about how professional this whole experience was. more

my truck looks great 10/17/2011

The team they have working here at Classic Collision are very professional, knowledgeable and very generous. The manager was super professional and he handled the repairs and he was extremely knowledgeable on auto body repair. My truck looked brand new when they were finished. They detailed the inside and outside of my car and I think that was very nice of them. Thank you for the great job you guys did, I highly recommend you guys! more

Went here today after going to another place- and these guys were awesome. They were knowledgeable, really helpful and honest. I really trusted what they told me, and they walked me through every step of what would happen/what I was paying for and why. Plus they were less expensive! more

Trustworthy service and reasonably priced. This is about the only auto shop in the area that hasn't tried to rip me off because I'm a woman. I recommend them to all my friends and family. more

Fender bender 9/26/2011

I had a little fender bender and I heard these guys take great care of the customer. Everything went great with the repair, my only concern was the amount of time they needed to repair something fairly minor. They had the car about a week and a half when I really thought it would be closer to 5 days. I dealt with the manager who was great in explaining to me all the process the company would go through to fix up the car. Overall they did great work on my bumper and are very accommodating to the customer. I would take my car back for any blemish, let's just hope it's NO time soon! more
