Bumper issue 9/26/2011

One day, I thought my car would look better if I backed into a pole. You know, give it more character. Well, it seemed like a bright idea. Visually the damage looked minor, the bumper was cracked and there was a dent on the rear corner of my car. My dealer recommended CC and I went in for a quote. I was expecting a new bumper and dent removal, but it came out to about $7,000. Apparently getting hit on the rear corner of the car also bent my frame! Thank God for insurance. On the day of pickup, the damage was not noticeable. In fact, it looked perfect. No holes covered up with bondo. No crappy uneven colored paint job. It was perfect. more

Brand new 9/19/2011

I was in a car accident, and was hit from the back and forced forward to hit someone else. They fixed me car so that it was like brand new. It cost $4,800 but I only paid my insurance deductible (Thank goodness!) more

Works on many levels 8/25/2011

Once in a while you find a place that has serious hipness and a high quality service in one package. Classic Collision just happens to have both. This is a place that works on a lot of levels. From the moment you walk in till you skip on out the door...you're happy. Pretty much guaranteed. more

I really liked how I got all my questions answered in ways I could understand, and also the care of service my vehicle received. I'm not even joking it looked better than before my accident. They took extra steps to make sure it came out looking phenomenal. I was totally shocked when I saw it. This place is AWESOME!!! more

Excellent service! 7/15/2011

I used to only go to the dealership for repairs and service. I finally got sick of paying so much more for nothing. I took my car to Classic Collision and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost, explained what was wrong, and did great work! I would recommend this place 100% and will be coming here from now on! more

This is absolutely the best place to take your car to if you need any type of repairs. I've been coming to them for years as things always seem to run into me. The insurance process was a pain, but the staff here helped me with each process. They were patient and very helpful! more

The five stars aren't just for the price and speed of repairs. Classic Collision is ALL about customer satisfaction. They were very easy to reach at all times and kept me updated periodically during repairs. And then when my little accident turned into a big insurance headache involving the other party, they were very patient and helpful in answering my questions. (And thanks to his advice, I was able to get the insurance matters resolved quickly.) Bottom-line is, the team here REALLY goes the extra mile to deserve the trust you place in them. more

I have been doing business with Classic Collision for years now! Not once have I ever had a problem. They are hands down the best in the business. They are true professionals in their craft and the customer service people in the office have the BEST customer service They should be teaching classes on how to treat customers! This store is a class act. I would take any car there and trust that they would restore it to better than new condition. Thank you, you are the best! more

Gladly Repaired 6/15/2011

This place gladly repaired only what I wanted. Many ""popular"" places wouldn't even give me an estimate, they wanted to see the State Farm write up and didn't want to do anything less than what it said. This place had the cheapest estimate and the work was flawless. I traded the car in and the dealer didn't even notice it had a bumper bender. The guys that work here are very friendly and polite. It was a very good experience. You don't have to go to snotty places that want all your money, go here. more

All of the damage to the vehicle was repaired and the results did not show one hint of repair or damage. They blended the repairs/paint with the rest of the car beautifully. I had a big smile driving home that day. more
