City Heat and Air came out because I had a question about a unit that wasn't working properly. They gave me an honest assessment of the situation and gave me a couple of different options. They explained the options in detail.
The work was performed as they said it would be and when they said. I could not have asked for anything better. This was my first time using them. Another company had come out and done some work incorrectly, which led to part of the problems I have now.
Because of that experience I was skeptical at first. However, City Heat and Air showed me the problem and helped me the best they could. They were honest, and they gave me options for the repairs. They did a nice job, and I feel like I can trust them.
