Great Service BUT does not live up to 24/7 emergency service 8/30/2013

My husband and I purchased a unit from this company and it went out BEFORE a year of even having it. My husband picked this company based on the 24/7 emergency service call. To our surprise only the parts were covered but not the labor. We had to save to fix our unit due to job loss and having a baby. After saving we called only to be told they can not come out. With the holiday weekend approaching I explained we have a child and have had to save and its in emergency. They said they can not until Tuesday. Would NOT recommended. What company can't understand a one year old in 90 degree weather? more

I found City Heat & Air online after calling 5 other companies they were the only ones who would come on Friday afternoon while I'm sitting here in 89 degrees with no A/C. Highly recommend them! Thank you Steve T. more

City Heat and Air installed our heating and A/C unit systems. Both were replacements, I bought the house and I have no idea who put in the originals. Since they installed the units 25 years ago they have done the yearly maintenance on them. They keep our units healthy. more

Love our new unit !! Made such a difference !! Love the fact we could make pymts through the TVA/KUB program too. The guys were quick & effiecient. And the unit on the pad looked so much better than the old one because there was less metal flashing needed. It looked so much better sitting outside. The installers did a great job. Was shocked how much more effiecient the heat temps & cooling temps were. We were definately in need of a new unit. more

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. 5/8/2012

The sales rep from City Heat and Air completely sold me in choosing them over the other companies I was contemplating. Even though there was a lower quote from another company, I thought their sales rep was very knowledgeable and very nice. He really took the time to go over my choices. He broke it down for me, my 3 options. The product I finally ended up choosing is a phenomenal product and it will pay for itself in 3 years with it's energy efficient ways. I really appreciated that he explained the reasons why I needed it. I wasn't educated about the product before he came, but now I am confident I choose the right product for my needs. This company has been around since the 60's, so I'm also confident they'll stick around if I need future assistance. more

Excellent servicemen 5/8/2012

We originally bought our heater through City Heat and Air's carrier and we have been using them for servicing the past 8 years. They typically send out the same person to us, Steven, and we have been so happy with his work. They come twice a year to service our systems, maintaining them under warranty and they have stuck to their warranty promise. They maintain our warranty period of 10 years and work diligently to keep the systems working well. A great company with great technicians. more

City Heat and Air has great technicians who are all friendly and know what they're doing. The worker that came to our house went out of his way when our new unit was put in. Anything that needed to be done, he went past the warranty to cover things. They definitely go out of their way to do a good job for you. I don't ever feel like they're overcharging you for all the little things they do. more

Riding the heat wave last summer, a unit in my storage room was leaking. It took City Heat and Air a day in a half to two days. The condensation drain stopped up and the guy just set it out and ran it for a little while. It worked very well. This time, the guy came to service my air conditioning before I turned it on. Once we turned it on, it started leaking. He actually right then put in a whole new pipe joint. We've been using it since and it was great that he fixed it on the spot. more

Excellent service everytime. 5/3/2012

When I moved my new neighbors had a contract with City Heat and Air, and they were very happy with them. I contacted them and they came and did the initial inspection. I have had them back for maintenance check ups twice a year for 8 years now. They always come for the appointments and also when I needed them for any emergency situation. My heating and cooling systems are still working like they did when I first moved into this house. more

City Heat and Air installed heat pumps in my home. Everything went fine. Initially one of the pumps they installed had a defect but they came out and replaced it. They were very professional. They did good work. I expected it to take longer but they were very efficient. more

City Heat and Air is a step ahead of their competition! 4/13/2011

I've used City Heat and Air multiple times over the years. They always seem to be a step ahead of all the other companies. They go out of their way to help fix issues, like ill-working air conditioners in the hottest part of summer, or busted furnaces in the winter. And they have what they need and might need with them on the job, so they're always prepared for whatever needs to be done. Plus, they are prompt and have no trouble tackling complex problems. They are professional and personable and I highly recommend them. more

City Heat and Air are professional and extremely customer-oriented. They were here on time, and if there was a time they were going to be running behind, they'd call to let us know. We are very satisfied with the work they did. They were very clean while they worked. When they arrived, they put their plastic down and stayed on it throughout the job. When they were finished, they completely cleaned up their mess, which was great. They are honest, and put service first. We'd definitely use them again, and highly recommend their services to others. I think that we got the best price from City Heat and Air out of all the estimates we got for the job. They worked well, and we were very pleased with the job performed. They were neat and cleaned up after the job was done, so that you couldn't even tell they'd been here. The product is great and I haven't had to call for any issues or anything like that, it's working perfectly. more

I first used City Heat and Air thirteen years ago to put in a system and just recently had them back in to replace it with a new system. I like the people that work there, they handle everything really well. I recommend that interested customers call and talk to them, they're good people. more
