Review content:
The sales rep from City Heat and Air completely sold me in choosing them over the other companies I was contemplating. Even though there was a lower quote from another company, I thought their sales rep was very knowledgeable and very nice.
He really took the time to go over my choices. He broke it down for me, my 3 options. The product I finally ended up choosing is a phenomenal product and it will pay for itself in 3 years with it's energy efficient ways.
I really appreciated that he explained the reasons why I needed it. I wasn't educated about the product before he came, but now I am confident I choose the right product for my needs.
This company has been around since the 60's, so I'm also confident they'll stick around if I need future assistance.
