More dealerships should be like this one! In the sales department, they truly care about customers and they have strong work ethic. Financing was smooth and painless. The manageme...

I loved my QX56 when it was first purchased, then the flood gate opened and everything that could have gone wrong, did. Transmission issues, cooling system issues, a waterfall in ...

Awesome car! 10/19/2011

They took the time to explain everything to me about my new company vehicle. Thank you! more

thanks again! 9/30/2011

Impressed 9/15/2011

As a first time Infiniti owner, I was extremely impressed with Steve and Infiniti of West Chester. Steve took a lot of time to go over everything on my new M37X. He had the experience and knowledge to know what we wanted and did not want. He was great to deal with, not pushy at all. I not only recommend the dealership greatly, but also recommend you ask for Steve to assist you. more

Use another body shop 9/7/2011

You'd guess that a body shop affiliated with the dealership would provide decent service. Nope. The quality of work/paint is terrible. There were numerous defects in my paint job and all the panels pieces were not assembled and aligned properly. They just don't seem to have their act together here. Look elsewhere in West Chester for a body shop. I would agree the manager @ Bush is not very professional. He clearly doesn't have a handle on what's going on in his shop. Having had a car painted by Grand Sport at the same time I can tell you GSA is much more professional than Bush. You know what they say - responsibility starts at the top. Again, best you look for another shop. more

Beware!! Nothing but problems 12/2/2010

Stay AWAY! of their Bush collision body shop! Horrible body shop service! Never returned phone calls! Had to keep calling for days! Everything was put back together half fast with damage! Interior was covered with shop dust/film. Service took a week longer then was told! Paint has defects! Horrible shop manager!! Very unprofessional! Damage was done to my car! Horrible Job done! STAY AWAY! One big headache after another! more

Worst service ever. 9/7/2010

im surprised i cant give half a star because these people half ass everything. the first thing that struck me as in walked in the dealership is that no one was ready to help us ( mostly becuause i am INDIAN and i doubt they thought i was a serious buyer) they helped all the white people just not me. but let me give u the down low on these guys. i usually dont write this bad but right now i am extremly mad so please forgive my grammatical errors. I love my G35x without question but the salesman tricked me into buying the car. first of all, the car had small scratches on the side door that he said can be fixed and lowerd the car price by $300. when i came home, i realized that painting a car doesn't cost $300. dealerships charge $100 just to look at the car let alone fix a scratch. Next, he mentioned that the car had been inspected and passed the certification. Well after driving the car for about 3 months, the brakes showed their true colors. after hitting 60 mph and braking, the steering wheel vibrates to the extent where u hands go numb after a long drive. when i called the dealership for brake info, i talked to 2 people. both had different opinions about the warranty coverage of the car or not. one said warranty doesnt cover brakes and the other said ofcourse it does. DID I MENTION I LIVE IN EDISON, NEW JERSEY. So i have to go to another dealership in new jersey and pay upto 600 for parts and $150 per hour of labor.. when i contacted my sales associate, he said he cant do anything about it and said he aint paying one cent for the repairs.. now im down $1000 for brakes and almost $2500 for the paint. I dont know about u but when u buy a certified car, u expect it to work exceptionally well. MY ADVICE : Never go to this dealership. and no i am not another dealership who is tryin to make this dealership look bad. And if u dont believe me, look at the other 5 reviews and they all will say the same. cant believe i drove 2 hours to get horrible service. more

Great car terrible service 8/30/2010

While I love my new Infiniti G37, I cannot believe the service! My Ipod had trouble with the interface, and their response was I was an idiot. Each time I asked why my ipod worked in my neighbor's bmw, the technician stuck his ipod in my face and said ""I have the exact same car and my iphone works!"" They were condescending and rude!!! My neighbor called his service guy at Otto BMW and he informed me I needed to update my ipod software (he even gave me instructions as to how to do this) and gave me suggestions for further issues! I only had to promise to buy the BMW next time :) . more

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM INFINITY OF WEST CHESTER 8/25/2010

The Salesperson Derek is dishonest, the Sales Manager Nick is dishonest and the General Manager Lee is not only dishonest, he lies with great ease on and to his customers. Additionally, it does not help to contact the Infinity USA Consumer Affairs for this region because you will only be allowed to communicate with someone like, Evelyn, who has no authority to rectify any issues. Derek, the salesperson, told my husband he was purchasing and EXTENDED WARRANTY and then proceeded to bury in the mountains of paper work the agreement that AFFORDED MY HUSBAND A WARRANTY THAT GAVE HIM ADDITIONAL COVERAGE FOR 60 MONTHS / 60,000 MILES (running with the regular warranty) and DID NOT COVER ANYTHING THE LIMITED WARRANTED WOULD COVER. The limited warranty ran the same length of time. My husband was apparently intentionally defrauded by a lying salesperson and paid a FAIR SUM OF MONEY FOR NO BENEFIT AT ALL! My husband called the sales manager who said he'd call him back in 2 weeks (a month later he had never called). I called the General Manager, Lee Timberman, and left numerous messages (He never called back). I called Infinty USA Consumer Affairs and got Evelyn who said she would talk to the Regional Manager and look into this matter. She called back in a week and said the GM, Lee would call me. (I can go on and on with the promises to call, but I won't). This is the krux of the matter - WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I FINALLY SPOKE WITH LEE TIMBERMAN, HE FIRST RANTED ABOUT HOW ANOTHER DEALERSHIP (Who stated to me that what was done was not a business practice used by their dealership) SHOULDN'T SAY THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE NOT ETHICAL. AFTER HIS SOPHOMORIC TANTRUM (which we endured with great patience listening on speaker phone as to preserve the health of our ears), he finally started telling us that my husband had purchased an Extended Warranty that didn't extend any miles or years and that that is what my husband had signed (okay, that makes it right to you???). I explained the above to him (this was on a Saturday). He said he would see what he could do and call us the following Monday (KNOWING WELL THAT HE WOULD BE ON A PLANNED TWO WEEK VACATION PER HIS VOICEMAIL MESSAGE THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY WHEN I CALLED). I was appalled by the LACK OF INTEGRITY, RESPONSIVENESS, HONESTY AND BASIC BUSINESS ETIQUETTE of the entire lot of people I encountered here. We did receive a copy of the signed application, someone from West Chester made a copy of it and through it into an envelope with absolutely no correspondence, no letter, no explanation (very poor business communications and dealings). Well, Evelyn, from Consumer Affairs did call, SHE SAID THAT THE GENERAL MANAGER OF WEST CHESTER ADVISED THEM THAT HE CALLED ME AND IT APPEARED I WAS SOMEONE THAT COULDN'T OR DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING (really????). HE ALSO STATED THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL HIM AND I NEVER CALLED HIM BACK (THIS WAS YET ANOTHER BOLD, WILLFULL AND EASILY SPEWED LIE). My facts are as clear as I have documented because unfortunately the BUSINESS CONCEPT OF TRANSPARENCY AND COMMUNICATION is lost on the West Chester Dealership from the top down, because I have never got so much as an email, note, or letter in return correspondence from them nor that region's manager. I WAS ALWAYS TAUGHT IN BUSINESS THAT IN ORDER TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY, ALWAYS FOLLOW-UP IN WRITING. I guess that pre-supposes that what West Chester does...is business. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT TRUE OF ALL INFINITY DEALERSHIPS OR REGIONS...THE REGION WE LIVE IN NOW ACTUALLY ASSESSED THE ISSUE WE HAD WITH ARE VEHICLE AND THEIR REGIONAL MANAGER GRACIOUSLY GAVE THEM THE GO AHEAD TO USE ""GOOD WILL"" AND TAKE CARE OF IT FOR US.) more

Beautiful cars, Sub-prime staff 3/27/2010

When my husband and I first visited this dealership, we thought we had hit the jackpot until we actually interacted with the salesman we had. He was disingenuous and degrading. When our salesman thought he had a sale he was so accommodating until we went to interact with the finance department. There all the rules changed and we became a second-class citizen. The finance person told us he was going to try to work out a deal and we would hear from him by 3:00 p.m. the next day. This was a Monday. He didn't call and by Wednesday I called him and he would not answer his phone or return my calls. I finally talked to the Salesman and he said the he was very busy and they wouldn't hear anything until the following Monday. Well this is Saturday and I haven't heard a thing. Just wanted to let them know, we went to Infiniti at Willow Grove and they were awesome. They put us in a beautiful car and they were the best car dealership i have encountered in a long time. Kudos to Frank Vitolo and their finance guy. They were the greatest. West Chester Infiniti, I agree with Sandy, you are a sleezy car dealership. I will never recommend you to anyone. Frank's my guy. Pros: beautiful showroom Cons: Customer service more
