Admittedly, I am a new customer, so I have not had a ton of experience with Church Brothers. So far my experience has been great.\r \r Over the last few months I dropped by several times to ask questions and consider models. Todd was always patient and helpful. His sales approach was educational, and I never felt any pressure to upgrade.\r \r When I finally bit the bullet and bought a Jacuzzi, they set delivery to fit into my contractor's schedule. When the tub had an error message upon hookup, Dennis was out the next morning to fix the problem.\r \r Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with Church Brothers and our purchase. more

Upon semi-retirement my husband and I dreamed of finding our retirement home in Tennessee; this became a reality and before we knew it we were exploring our purchase of a spa. Having never owned a hot tub, I wanted to be sure I selected a dealer who would offer me the correct spa to meet my needs and would also provide me excellent service once the sale was complete. We found this to be so true of Church Brothers Fun Store! It only took a few moments for them to explain that it would be their pleasure to order the spa I selected, set it up and allow me to try it to see if it would be meet my requirements. This happened in just a few days and I was overwhelmed – it was PERFECT (South Pacific – Compact). There is no way to put into words how I so very much appreciated their patience and understanding. Had a minor problem with the cable and even though their service technician was on vacation . . they took care of my service call within one hour! Rest assured you only need to make one visit to Church Brothers Fun Store to recognize very quickly that you are where you need to be to purchase your spa. I would recommend this firm to the fullest; their impressive service coupled with their willingness to please their customers is what ranks them way above any other dealers. We had bought a used Doughboy pool a couple of yrs ago & have dealt in the past with 2 other companies trying to get assorted parts & assistance. One out of Knoxville never returned our calls. One in Kingsport was helpful, if you didn't mind the wait & constant contacting them! This year, I decided to try Church Brothers in Johnson City. It was in the late evening, so I sent an email to ask if they thought they could get what I needed. To my surprise, early the next morning there was a response. Dennis Church has been nothing but Wonderful in assisting us, even through my mistakes of ordering the wrong part #. Responses are quick and informative. Letting us know all along the way when things are ordered, when they are expected in, and once they have arrived. He has went above and beyond to assist us in getting exactly what we needed. I am overwhelmed at the awesome customer service through email, which works best for me, and over the phone. You could not ask for a better place to work with. He once said to me that 'He is not worried about selling another pool, he cares about the families he serves'. I believe this. I couldn't get there for a few days to pick up parts I had ordered because my son fell sick with fever. A few days later when I called with a question, he remembered and asked how my son was feeling. Those added touches shows they are they to assist in building strong families, which results in strong communities. Being the administrative assistant at my church, I personally know how important this is. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future, knowing I have not just found a great business with superior customer service, but I've found a new friend. My husband and I bought a pool from Tri-CIties Pool. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Have owned the pool for less than a year and have had several problems. After contacting Tri-Cities several times to get a problem resolved my husband decided to call Church Brothers. All I can say in WOW!!!!! Dennis spent 45 + minutes with us educationing us on a pool that we did not even buy from them. They helped us purchase another pumper and showed us the proper way to hook up the pump, since it was not installed properly by Tri-Cities. And may I add that we bought a part that was suppose to be under warrantyand Tri-Cities is not honoring. I am so thankful that my husband called Church Brothers!!!! We have found our new pool and will never do business with anyone else!!! Thank you Church Brother's and Dennis for fixing another company's bad business manners!!! more

Well its that time of year. I have had my pool for 12 years now and not the first problem. I decided to upgrand my filter system this year and Church Brothers was my first and only choice. Our first pool didnt last 12 months. Liner kept coming loose and finally the pool collapsed. Thats when I decided to use Church bros. The came out installed my current pool. 12 years and she still looks as good as the day I bought her. Thanks Dennis and your crew for doing it right the first time. more

Last year, after buying my chemicals for my in ground pool at Church Brothers for ten years, I went to Sam's and purchased chemicals. Within 1 month my pool got cloudy and I took sample to Church Brothers. It took $200 to get my pool straightened out. This year I had a different cover put on my pool, and followed the directions from the installer and when I opened my pool this spring it was filled with algae. Once again Church Brothers gave me exactly what I needed to clear up my problem. If I would have talked them when I closed them last year I would have saved $280. I've learned my lesson and will only deal with Church Brothers in the future. more

This spring my wife and I decided to replace the liner in our pool. We had been having trouble from almost day one with our old liner that a so called local ""professional"" pool company had installed about 2 years ago. We would discover they were far from professional. After a phone call to Church Brothers I knew this was the place for me to do business with. After explaining the situation about our pool to Dennis and Todd they offered me some advice on how to correct the problems that the other pool company did not fix correctly. We ordered a new liner and everything we were going to need to do the job right. In a couple of days the materials came in and we got started on the project. We did the job ourselves and every step of the way the fine people at Church Brothers were quick to answer any questions we had. Phone calls were answered immediately and e-mails were answered promptly. That is something you just dont find in todays business world! The job turned out beautiful and we could not be more pleased with the service we received from our new friends at Church Brothers! Give them a try and we're sure you will be satisfied as well! more

I have had my pool since 2004, and have enjoyed every minute of it! There have been times when I have been stressed financially, and concerned about the quality of my pool; Church Bros. was flexible, and allowed me to keep my pool in excellent shape :) If you are considering a pool, Church Bros, is a wonderful, family orientated business and I would highly recommend them! more

I recently purchased an above ground pool from Church Brothers and the experience was positive the entire way. I researched pools on-line and found that Dough Boy and Century (made by Dough Boy) pools were highly rated. I chose the Century 18 foot round pool due to the combination of quality and price. The cost for digging and installation by Church Brothers was much less than any other pool service around. The installers were great, efficient and a delight to work with. Communication was good and there were no hidden surprises or additional costs associated with the pool and installation. Water testing is done for free and chemicals are included in the cost for the first year. This is my first pool and the installers took time to show me how to use the pump, shock the pool, backwash, etc. Buying from Church Brothers was the right choice for me and I encourage you to buy your pool from them also.
