We had bought a used Doughboy pool a couple of yrs ago & have dealt in the past with 2 other companies trying to get assorted parts & assistance. One out of Knoxville never returned our calls. One in Kingsport was helpful, if you didn't mind the wait & constant contacting them! This year, I decided to try Church Brothers in Johnson City. It was in the late evening, so I sent an email to ask if they thought they could get what I needed. To my surprise, early the next morning there was a response. Dennis Church has been nothing but Wonderful in assisting us, even through my mistakes of ordering the wrong part #. Responses are quick and informative. Letting us know all along the way when things are ordered, when they are expected in, and once they have arrived. He has went above and beyond to assist us in getting exactly what we needed. I am overwhelmed at the awesome customer service through email, which works best for me, and over the phone. You could not ask for a better place to work with. He once said to me that 'He is not worried about selling another pool, he cares about the families he serves'. I believe this. I couldn't get there for a few days to pick up parts I had ordered because my son fell sick with fever. A few days later when I called with a question, he remembered and asked how my son was feeling. Those added touches shows they are they to assist in building strong families, which results in strong communities. Being the administrative assistant at my church, I personally know how important this is. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future, knowing I have not just found a great business with superior customer service, but I've found a new friend. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
