Upon semi-retirement my husband and I dreamed of finding our retirement home in Tennessee; this became a reality and before we knew it we were exploring our purchase of a spa. Having never owned a hot tub, I wanted to be sure I selected a dealer who would offer me the correct spa to meet my needs and would also provide me excellent service once the sale was complete. We found this to be so true of Church Brothers Fun Store! It only took a few moments for them to explain that it would be their pleasure to order the spa I selected, set it up and allow me to try it to see if it would be meet my requirements. This happened in just a few days and I was overwhelmed – it was PERFECT (South Pacific – Compact). There is no way to put into words how I so very much appreciated their patience and understanding. Had a minor problem with the cable and even though their service technician was on vacation . . they took care of my service call within one hour! Rest assured you only need to make one visit to Church Brothers Fun Store to recognize very quickly that you are where you need to be to purchase your spa. I would recommend this firm to the fullest; their impressive service coupled with their willingness to please their customers is what ranks them way above any other dealers.
