My husband and I bought a pool from Tri-CIties Pool. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Have owned the pool for less than a year and have had several problems. After contacting Tri-Cities several times to get a problem resolved my husband decided to call Church Brothers. All I can say in WOW!!!!! Dennis spent 45 + minutes with us educationing us on a pool that we did not even buy from them. They helped us purchase another pumper and showed us the proper way to hook up the pump, since it was not installed properly by Tri-Cities. And may I add that we bought a part that was suppose to be under warrantyand Tri-Cities is not honoring. I am so thankful that my husband called Church Brothers!!!! We have found our new pool and will never do business with anyone else!!! Thank you Church Brother's and Dennis for fixing another company's bad business manners!!!
