Bedside manner 1/6/2012

My only, only concern was that DeeDee isn't very friendly and everybody else is. She didn't greet me like she was happy to be there, and the first things she asked me were 1) Do you know why you're here today, 2) Have you been here before? Very odd. She warmed up a tiny bit as Dr. Fletcher worked with me, but she's pretty stiff. Just not used to that from his great team! more

I'm no longer afraid to go to the dentist! 12/23/2011

I have very sensitive teeth and gums. Going to the dentist use to be something i dreaded and i use to always have to be completely numbed (injections and all) to even get a cleaning. Ever since i started coming here, my fear is gone, my gums have improved and i am able to get a cleaning with only a desensitizing polish. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment! Wonderful staff - professional, kind, funny and very thorough! more

Emergency visit 12/15/2011

After discovering a broken crown on a front tooth, I went into the office to see about an regency appt before Xmas. The receptionist found no slots, but Dr. Fletcher took a look, asked me to wait around and after his last patient, stayed late, and managed to do a beautiful repair job. It looks great. Dr. Fletcher really saved Christmas for me. Merry Christmas! more

Dental Cleaning and X-rays 12/14/2011

It is always easy to go to Dr. Fletcher's dentist office because he and his staff make you feel so welcome and relaxed. The receptionists greet you and all staff show you to your seat, while the Dr. comes to say hello. My last visit I had a cleaning and x-rays and the hygienist did a complete and thorough job. Dr. came in and checked my teeth too. I highly recommend Dr. Fletcher to anyone in need of a reasonably priced, but highly effective dentist. more

Gentle Teeth Cleaning Experience 11/2/2011

I was assigned a wonderful hygienist who took very good care of cleaning my teeth and was very gentle. My experience with Dr Fletcher is very through with details and I like that. worth the drive 11/1/2011

After I relocated from Palo Alto to Berkeley, I continued to drive over to the peninsula to visit Dr. Fletcher. He's really that good. Now I've moved out to Livermore, and I reckon I'll eventually have to get a new dentist :-( more

I have seen a lot of different dentists and Dr. Fletcher is by far the best in terms of knowledge, skills, and professionalism. His team is also exceptional. I would recommend his practice to anyone. more

Nice Visit 9/25/2011

Hygenist was ready when I arrived (i.e. I didn't have to wait). She was thorough and answered my questions. Cleaning was relatively comfortable, painless and quick. Everyone is very pleasant in the office. Thanks! more

Needed to be out before a certain to time. Dr. Fletcher and staff aware of my time constraint and got me out in plenty of time. Md explained what needed to be done, what to expect and follow-up required. more
