Met all my expectations 9/15/2011

My main agenda this time was to review my situation in relation to a tooth that needs extraction and subsequently an inplant. Both Dr. Fletcher and his hygienist were very courteous, respectful of my wishes and the way I make decisions about my health, and I appreciate that. They patiently answered all my questions. and made me feel at ease. They were informative and directive. I left with a good feeling. more

Wow my teeth are clean again! 9/13/2011

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Fletcher's office. I never knew what a difference a simple cleaning does until you actually see the before and after camera shots on the screen. I felt, and saw the difference thanks to the person who cleaned my teeth(who I seem to forget her name unfortunately). In the past, I had a woman that went to town on my teeth and they were aching afterwards, this time, this woman did a thorough job and I didn't feel much pain at all. more

Great demonstration! 9/8/2011

For the first time, I saw the proper way to floss my teeth! I appreciated being able to hold a mirror to see what the DH was doing. You have a very professional office and I enjoy going there even though you no longer accept my insurance company. more

Remove amalgam filling and replace; three cavities repaired 8/22/2011

I was very nervous about removing the mercury filling but the experience was a piece of cake. A new numbing shot only deadened the tooth not the cheeks, lips or tongue. Fantastic. Dr. Fletcher was very caring and did a great job more

Best Dentist...Highly Recommend! 8/17/2011

I've only come for an exam so far, but I was very impressed by how thorough it was. Even thought Dr. Fletcher is out of my network, from the reviews i read on Yelp and a phone call with him, i picked up right away that he would truly do what is best for me and not just rush through appointments or sell me on things i don't need. Dr. Fletcher goes above and beyond any other dentist I've been to. He takes the time to educate you on the conditions of your teeth and how to maintain healthy teeth and gums going forward...all while having a great sense of humor too! :) more

First Filling 8/13/2011

I had to get my first filling recently. The experience was pleasant from start to finish. Dr. Fletcher told me everything he was doing and why, and he frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable. The procedure was done in under 45 minutes, too. I will be using him for future dental procedures. more

Excellent care but irritating new forms 8/2/2011

Care by hygienist Amita was thorough and personable. Excellent! New paperwork before appointment was irritating. I realize health update is important, but the other info (contact info, etc.) on new form duplicated what I already had on file. Front desk person (not Heather) insisted I provide "prior address" when we have not moved in 20 years. Why? Info on who referred me to your practice has not changed in 23 years. Why have patients fill this out again? more

Great Service; Very Efficient 7/28/2011

My filling and cleaning took a little over an hour to complete. I'm always impressed by how much Dr. Fletcher shares with me about the procedure he's about the perform. It makes me feel like he genuinely cares about my opinion. The cleaning portion of my appointment was smooth and very educational. Once again, the hygienist was thorough as she cleaned each an every tooth in my mouth. During the process, she took time to remind me how to brush and floss in the areas that had more plaque build up. The treatment is pricey, but as they say, you get what you pay for. Thumbs up for Dr. Fletcher's practice again! Keep up the great work. more

Another great cleaning and an additional filling fix and tooth build up to prep for an upcoming crown. Kept informed the whole time as to what was going on and my options going forward. more
