Another great experience 5/16/2011

I have been going to this dental office for 6 years now. I have always experienced high quality service and have felt taken care of. Dr Fletcher has paid careful attention to particular issues of concern and always provides helpful recommendations. I drive half an hour to come here because I trust them so much. The staff is attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. I also appreciate that Dr. Fletcher stays up on the latest in dentistry and dental health. more

New hygienist 5/11/2011

I had a very favorable visit with the dental hygienist. She provided me with some useful preventative tips and I thought she was very good. However, I had no idea that Barbara had left and felt that I should have been informed by the front office staff that I would be seeing a new hygienist. I only come in every 6 months. more

Dentist regular check. 5/3/2011

I liked the staff members. Everyone is friendly and professional. I did not know that you stop working with Delta and I was not prepared to pay so much. The same way you remind people about the appointments or doing this survey, you could let us know that we'll be asked to pay. I want to know ahead how much it will cost me. At this point, if the insurance company will not pay me back the full amount i will need to stop coming. Thanks, Atara more

Substitute hygienist 4/26/2011

Amita was out for personal/family absence, and a substitute hygienist was filling in for her. I don't remember her name. She was an Asian woman recently returned from maternity leave. She didn't introduce herself, but rather I had to ask her what her name was. I know she doesn't regularly work at the office. But I didn't feel that her cleaning was as thorough as when I used to get my teeth cleaned by Barbara. She was awesome. That's unfortunate that she's not there anymore. Otherwise, the visit was fine, a good teeth cleaning, no complaints. more

emergency visit to fix a broken tooth 4/23/2011

I broke a tooth when on the East Coast and called Dr. Fletcher's for a quick appointment on a day he does not normally take appointments. He called back within a few minutes with my xrays and photos and figured out the problem; agreed an appointment, and when I showed up, managed to save part of the tooth and do the preparatory work for a crown in one and half painless hours...First rate work and done with great consideration and care. more

Patti was great yesterday! Love that she doesn't use a cavitron. Heather and Amy are always so positive that it's always a pleasure walking in the door. Suggestion: People are phobic about dentists, I'd lose the header picture of the drill heads! Best, L more

Dr. Fletcher & Team are hands down the best! 3/31/2011

I have been to many dentists, both here and in Germany, and I have to say Dr. Fletcher and his team are the nicest, most competent and communicative I have ever met. His referrals have always been great as well. With previous dentists, I've felt out of the loop in terms of the why, how and when of dentistry and didn't know if advice could be trusted since I didn't have the knowledge to double check recommendations. Because of this, I've run into many problems trusting dentists in the past. Dr. Fletcher is very different. He is very open and honest. He listens to my concerns and gives sound advice with transparency and clarity. The quality of his work is really top-notch. I've had two crowns and a half-crown made by him/his team and they fit like a glove every time. You just know immediately that they do a great job. I never hesitate to recommend him to family and friends and feel confident that I'm being well taken care of. more

Dr. Fletcher is not only an exceptional dentist, but he's an amazing person as well. He's a skilled professional and a true craftsman and the dental work he performs is of the highest caliber. He's patient, thoughtful, caring, and dedicated. Most importantly, he takes good care of my teeth. I would consider going to any other dentist. more

Very pleasant visit on cleaning. The Dr. gives good advice on option work without being too pushy. Dani gave one the most thorough cleanings I have had with lots of explanation and advice. more

My Visit was Excellant 5 star 3/26/2011

I have not been successful in booking another appointment. I have called twice, both times during normal business hours, both time got the very long recording. And I am still waiting for a return call to book and appointment. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Extensive 3/17/2011

The Dr spent a great deal of time going over my xrays and pictures. It was great to have that kind of attention to detail with him. Hands on exam of the mouth and jaw to evaluate any potential concerns. The practice uses sophisticated cutting edge technology. Which tells me that the Dr is up to speed as to what is new and available in the field of dentistry. We developed short term and long term plan for my concerned teeth:-) more
