Andy has always helped me find the best parts for the best price and he goes above and beyond in making sure I am satisfied with everything!

Worst

I purchased my vehicle here but I wouldn't do it again. Dealerships are mostly alike. Not surprising when sales people are 100% commission. It took almost 5 hours to complete this...

Greg Boone was absolutely outstanding to work with. A very positive experience. He smoothed the whole experience and helped me pick the right car. To help me, he simply handed me the keys and said ""go drive it for a few hours"" and when I wasn't quite sure if that model was right, he handed me the keys to another and said "" take it home and show it to your husband"". Greg Boone was great to work with and the sales manager at Chris Letih assisted and really helped us on the price as well. Great team to work with!!! more

Working with David Jones at Chris Leith Kia was a great experience. My fiancee and I were making our first big purchase together. This was the first time either of us had purchased a car and David was there every step of the way. David and the service department were very knowledgeable in answering all our questions. The process was easy and now we have fallen in love with our 2013 Kia Sorento. You can t go wrong with David Jones at Chris Leith Kia. more

Went to look at base model 2012 Kia Forte with a $1500 rebate and was not only kept waiting for 4 hours with no word on whats going on with details of financing. Dealer kept walking by not paying much attention to me after the initial test drive and helping another customer. Came out to tell me I needed another 1000 down. I asked what about the rebate and the finance details because I havent seen anything. Dealer said the rebate wasnt for that model was the first excuse then later told me it was for military. I confirmed later through Kia Corporate that is was for anyone and all 2012 Kia Forte models. Sketchy dealership at best!! more

My husband and I were looking to trade in my car and purchase him a pick up. We did our homework before we went dealer shopping. We first went to a Chevy dealer, which was great. We didn't have to sit around and wait and they stated that they would see how much they can knock off the price and call us in a day or so with the price so we wouldn't have to waste our entire day off. We then made the big mistake of going to Chris Leith. My husband found a Ram that he liked, but was not going to test drive it until we looked at what my car was worth and how much they would be willing to sell the Ram for-he has owned Rams in the past so he knew what they drove like. We gave them the keys to my car to appraise but refused to give them back until we took the car for a test drive and signed our lives away or listened to their pitch. Not the sales rep's fault, it really sounded like it was a management problem. Secondly, we spent 3 hours of our lives being toted around between the three buildings. The Dodge dealer building is at one building, the car appraiser is at another, then the finance office is at another building. Honestly, if you want to feel important, go to one of the smaller dealers outside of Wake Forest/Raleigh. more

paid $1200 too much...avoid finance guy! 11/4/2011

I purchased my vehicle here but I wouldn't do it again. Dealerships are mostly alike. Not surprising when sales people are 100% commission. It took almost 5 hours to complete this transaction mostly due to the finance office trying to upsell you on one of their extended warranty plans. The salesman knew that it was going to take a while but he would not answer my question on how long. They only tell you the monthly payment increase for the plan...not the total cost of this rip-off which is in the thousands. Once I said no for the tenth time, they realized that I meant it and boy was I stupid and making a big mistake. Their attitude changed and I was clearly no longer their friend much less a valued customer. They just pushed paperwork my way in a cold manner. Also, I paid $1200 more than a local car buying service could get but because of my circumstances, I could not wait the 3-days it would take for them to ship the car to me. more

Great service and a great deal at Chris Leith KIA!!! 10/28/2011

My wife and I needed a new vehicle since our minivan had gone down. We had gone to several dealerships throughout the day and we had not found what we were looking for. Ironically the last car that we decided to drive was the one we ended up buying. We chose a 2007 Hyundai Entourage. The salesman Charles Sease was great. Despite the fact that he was busy with another customer he took the time to walk across the street to get the Hyundai and bring back to the used car center for us to drive. He gave us a great deal, and has followed up with us to ensure that everything is still going well with the car. I highly recommend Chris Leith as a source to buy a used car. more

The whole car shopping ordeal always created much aniexity for me, I always felt like I would be taken advantage of, especially because I am a women. My experience at Chris Leith definately changed my mind. There are still some honest, not trying to get over on you, will help you find what is best for you, and fits within your budget, dealership & salesmen out there and it is at Chris Leith in Wake Forest. My Salesman is Charles Sease. I say is and not was because of my experience with Chris Leith, I will always go to them when I am in need of a vehicle. Excellent Service 4/4/2011

Ask for David Plott. He sold my wife and me a brand new Soul. The service was excellent, and everyone in the dealership was friendly and bent over backwards (show room closes at 8:00; we finished up at 9:00, and everyone stayed and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase) to be sure all of our questions were answered, etc. Will definitely recommend to friends/family. more

Don't Test Drive a 2011 Optima Unless Ready to Buy 4/4/2011

I just stopped at Chris Leith Kia to look at a few of there vehicles with no real plans of buying a new car. But after test driving the 2011 Kia Optima and just chatting with Greg Boone (salesman), I couldn't help but to purchase this vehicle. Greg applied no pressure and in fact provided a very relaxed atmosphere. This 2011 Optima is still impressing me, along with many of my friends and family members. Thanks Greg, I will definitely be calling you when I'm in the market of buying another new car. more

Excellent Customer Service 1/27/2011

I cannot say enough positive things about Mark and the service team at the Leith dealership. I called Mark early Monday morning to schedule an appointment as we thought our transmission went out over the weekend. I also provided him with my warranty information which he said he would gladly confirm and determine what our out of pocket costs would be. Being down a vehicle was not an option, Mark set me up with a rental (covered by the warranty) while the truck was being trouble evaluated. Upon their findings we did indeed need a new transmission. Mark called to give me an estimated time to complete which I never thought they would live up to. He informed me we would be back up and running by Thursday at the latest. To my surprise Mark called me at 1 pm on Thursday to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up. I had assumed it would either be ready by COB or on Friday. I picked up the rental car representative who helped me unload two kids, car seats and groceries. Mark had my truck ready and waiting when we arrived. He was happy to let me know that I owed nothing for the entire service. I will highly recommend Mark and the Leith service team to friends and family! Sincerely, Rebecca Fogarty more

Andy Matthews and his staff couldn't have been more helpful. Each step of the process was explained for two concurrent visits. Mark and Andy helped put me on the road again. more

We are a professional small automotive repair shop. We frequently use Chris Leith Automotive as our parts suppliers. The staff is very professional, courteous & knowledgable. I frequently get Chris Patterson whenever I call for parts. If he is not able to help me(which is quite rare), then he doesn't hesitate to find someone that can! Kudos to Chris Patterson and all the parts department staff at Chris Leith Automotive!! more

My new Kia Sportage! We purchased a new Kia Sportage recently at Chris Leith Kia..we had a great salesman ""Greg Boone""..He was very helpful in helping us pick the right car for our needs.Greg made sure to ask us what uses and what kind of travels we do in our car to help in the process of picking the right car for our everyday needs...he was very knowledgeable in all areas of each car we asked about..Greg has made sure we understand all the gadgets that come with a new car..Greg even helped show us and set up our phone for the blue tooth..Greg is also great at getting back to us ASAP by phone and email on any questions we still have..We will recommend Greg & Chris Leith Kia to our family and friends..and when we are ready to buy another car we will for sure come back to see Greg.. Excellen Service Review 11/20/2010

This is my first new car ever, and I am very happy to have purchased a Kia. The service people @ Chris Leith Kia in Wake Forest are the best!! I pack the miles on my car and am in there frequently for oil changes and tire rotations and I appreciate that they know me by name when I arrive. Adam, Marcel, Gonzalo and Victor all do their best to make sure that my car is running in tip top shape each and every time I leave their facility. I also appreciate the coupons I receive either via text or email. They are very helpful. For having a first time service experience with a dealership, I would definately recommend them to anyone, whether or not if you have a kia product more

Great Experience 11/16/2010

The guys down at Chris Leith Kia are top notch. I recently bought a Ford F-150 4WD truck and had a great experience. They are knowledgable and straight forward. The best part about the dealership is they are not pushy and do not play games. They offered me a fantastic deal and went above and beyond to earn my business. Go see these guys if you are in the market for a vehicle, you will not be dissapointed. more
