I purchased my vehicle here but I wouldn't do it again. Dealerships are mostly alike. Not surprising when sales people are 100% commission. It took almost 5 hours to complete this transaction mostly due to the finance office trying to upsell you on one of their extended warranty plans. The salesman knew that it was going to take a while but he would not answer my question on how long. They only tell you the monthly payment increase for the plan...not the total cost of this rip-off which is in the thousands. Once I said no for the tenth time, they realized that I meant it and boy was I stupid and making a big mistake. Their attitude changed and I was clearly no longer their friend much less a valued customer. They just pushed paperwork my way in a cold manner.
Also, I paid $1200 more than a local car buying service could get but because of my circumstances, I could not wait the 3-days it would take for them to ship the car to me.
