Chris For Hair

After interviewing several other stylists listed on Citysearch, I finally decided to give Chris a try. I must admit that I was skeptical because she was the only stylist in a nail shop and because her prices were so reasonable but still the impression she gave me said she was more about my hair than she was about her image(ie. being in a fancy salon)\r She is very down-to-earth, honest (If something goes wrong she will own it and fix it), and cares deeply about making her clients look great. She constantly goes back to school and learns new techniques, so her skills are top-knotch. She does color differently so fading is minimal. She can perm hair so it does not look like a perm, all of the chemical services I have seen look fabulous. \r In today's world it is so difficult to find people who genuinely care about their work, but Chris does. I think she is great. Pros: Good work, energy, conversationalist. Plenty of parking, convenient location. more

When i walked in I was not sure...one stylist in a nail salon? But once I sat in the chair I knew this girl can cut hair! In fact it was the best cut I ever remember. Chris is also friendly, a great conversationalist, and extremely professional. I am certain I will be a long term client. more

I have had a difficult time finding a stylist who actually listens and tries to produce the look I ask for rather than talking me into what they want. Chris takes care to listen and the results show that. Her colors are always beautiful and her cuts are easy to reproduce at home. I Finally found my stylist! more

I started to go to Chris when I asked a coworker where she went. my experience was so refreshing. She actually listened, and produced the exact look I was after! She is also a great conversationalist, always a treat to talk to. I doubt I could find someone who's work is as good and feels like a great friend. Pros: Friendly, clean, great cuts and colors more
