The location Chris is at is a bit obscure, but once in the salon what a beautiful place! Plenty of parking too I had my own hair colored then added extensions to the side areas where I am thinning. The match was right on target, no one would ever know all this is not my own hair. Chris's pricing makes everything very affordable, she is great! more

I have been a customer of Chris for about 5 years now. She has taken me through many changes but this last "change" has been a true life saver! I started losing my hair because of an autoimmune condition a few years ago. Chris helped me through the process of replacing the lost hair by first using extensions, then creating small invisible hair pieces, and now that all of the hair on my head is gone, a beautiful custom wig. I doubt I could have survived living with Alopecia if I had not had Chris by my side. Her expertise, honesty, and integrity are hard to find these days. Now that she has moved to Livermore, she has a private area where I don't have to worry about being seen without hair in the middle of an open salon. I saw Chris last week for the first time. I brought several pics of styles I liked and during the consult Chris was very honest in pointing out some of the issues I would have IF I decided to go with the pictures. I appreciated this because in the past the hairstylist just went ahead and copied the styles but they never worked with my hair! In the end I got a modified version of my request, but it works very well with my hair and I am very pleased instead of disappointed at the outcome. more

I think what makes Chris so great is that he does so many different things...she cuts hair great whether it is edgy or conservative, her color is the best I've ever had, she does extensions, mens hair, I have even seen her make a wig into a hairpiece for an elderly lady with a large bald spot. She cares about each and every customer, whether they are young, old, or somewhere in between. more

Chris really cares and focuses on each customer. When I was laid off she offered to reduce her fees for my extensions. She knew how important they were to my self esteem since my hair is extra thin and wispy. She does not chat with others in the shop when I have an appointment with her, but has great conversations with me. This kind of personal service AND great talent is really hard to find these days. more

I think the best thing I can say about Chris is that she is always trying to do better. She does not get complacent but is always looking for a better way to accomplish the job. Yesterday was my regular color appt. My gray hair is very stubborn and does not color well. Chris told me as she dried my hair that she had used several new products and I must admit the color is extraordinary! No gray showing through, shining hair and feels in fabulous condition. And all at a very reasonable price. more

Chris has cut and colored my hair for several years now. My hair is difficult, most hair stylists really butcher it, but Chris took the time to get to know my hair and has recommended several possible styles,each one looked good. She knows I like to change often and always has good ideas. Once I let her color it a rather extreme combination of colors and it turned out spectacular. I love visiting her because the time flys by because she is a great conversationalist. Always a pleasant experience, I look forward to seeing her again. more
