Worst

They gave my dogs mullets! I asked them to leave the hair one length all over. Puppy Cut. They got it so very wrong. My dogs looked better before they were groomed.

Chow Bella is the best place you can take your pet !!! i have a little poodle and a persian cat and they love going to Chow Bella. CB and the stuff have treated us very well they follow excatly wht i ask of them, my babies come out looking like angels and the organic shampoos they use last forever unlike petco or sams were the smell doesnt even last for a day. And this is the only place in town that actually has variety?s of Canine Caviar. The staff is wonderful and super kid, if you've nver been here before and your a local visting Chow Bella Pet Spa is a MUST !!!!!! more

Chow Bella has exceptional and highly experienced dog groomers who care about the dogs and are gentle. The customer service is amazing. They have always called me when my dog was ready for pick, have an upbeat and friendly disposition and above all understand dogs and cater to their needs. I have been going to Chow Bella for over 10 years, and am a loyal customer. I have referred numerous people to Chow Bella and ALL of them have been thrilled with their experience. I have a Giant Schnauzer which is technically one of the most difficult haircuts. EACH AND EVERY time, my dog looks amazing. She LOVES going to Chow Bella and is NEVER skittish, uneasy, or nervous. She loves going there. I feel totally confident in the care my dog is getting there while I am not with her. I WOULD RECOMMEND CHOW BELLA TO AL MY DOG LOVER FRIENDS!!!! Thank you Chow Bella for taking such good care of my dogs. more

WARNING BE AWARE 1/27/2011

If you love your pet as we love ours, then you know that they are more like family then pets. We love our dog as if she was our own child. That being said, DON'T BRING YOUR PET HERE. The groomers don't treat them with care, they are rough and inattentive. Even though most dogs are nervous when it comes to being groomed and going to the vet. When I picked up my dog from CHOW BELLA she was absolutely terrified. She was shaking, crying, and had visible sign of abuse. I am so disturbed that I am going to file a complaint with the Humane Society. Don?t make the same mistake I made, stay away from this groomer. more

Dissatisfied with Service 10/23/2010

Left my Yorkie for nail trimming, shampooing, and belly shaving. Got him back with a haircut i never wanted or ordered. My work order did not indicate any hair cut. Manager of the store spoke to employee in Spanish who provided the service. Employee said it will never happen again. I wonder: if the employee does not speak English, how does that same employee follow the work order? Manager apologized, still charged me for services provided. Will think twice before going again. more

I took my Akita Brando for years and always got very good service. The staff was always attentive with me and my Dog. I've recommended many people to go here. Pros: Great job, Price. more

By Far the Best 1/9/2010

Omg so I took my dog to Bone Sweet Bone , when I went back to pick her up , I WAS SHOCKED ! The cut was soo wrong Edson the groomer completely messed up dog, and shaved my dog instead of someone else's... So I ask the staff at my apt at the 4041 and they recommended Chow Bella they are great? Now my lil maltase?s looks like one Pros: My dog always looks good after Cons: Parking... But Then again i walk there lol more

First of all I want to say that I DID NOT see a guy with I will quote "" Affliction wearing, cigarette smoking, rude men standing around in front of the store acting like their clients are bothering them."" at the store... Once I got in the store I felt this friendly present.... and with appointment timing they were right on the top.. 2nd just because ur advertising ur store it doesnt mean u have to bring another store down.. Keep ur comments to urself!!! more

Great place for dog grooming, boarding, day care, etc. 1/5/2010

I have been going to Chow Bella Pet Spa for years! I am a very satisfied customer, and I'm always referring my friends to the wonderful service they provide. Almost every two weeks I take my dog for grooming, and they always get the job done right! I have been boarding my Yorkie as well as my Pug there for almost 6 years now, and my dogs always get excited when i drop them off. They always look forward to going back, and playing with the other dogs there. Not once have i received unpleasant services. Thanks Chow Bella! Pros: Best Dog pet spa in town ! more

Terrible Place 12/18/2009

A bunch of Affliction wearing, cigarette smoking, rude men standing around in front of the store acting like their clients are bothering them. I made a 10:30 appt for Jessica the groomer, she never showed up. When I walked in a third time and asked about my dog's appt, I was told it was not his problem- His las fair attitude towards my day being ruined was the last straw and I left without saying anything... I left for a few reasons but the main reason was that I felt my animal was not safe with these guys and will never go back. Pros: Close to my house Cons: Impolite, unreliable, a dangerous place for your animal more

Life savers!! 9/23/2009

Im new in town and went to their competion first just because it was closer and they rejected me, but then told me not to go to chow bella... I went their on purpose and the manager was a great person and worked with me (although it was late) they groomed my dog and he came out beautiful, I also made a reservation for boarding this coming weekend! Thank you guys!! Pros: Grooming, Customer Service Cons: center divider in the street makes for hard parking.. more

Love these people!! 6/27/2008

I don't know what the comment under me is talking about, eveyone there was very friendly to me and my puppies came back looking like award winning show dogs! I have never seen them so fluffy and soft! I am a very picky person and after carefully explaining exactly what I wanted their haircuts to look like, they were able to do it exactly how I wanted it. No other groomer I've tried was able to do it just right but now, I found my grooming parlor. I got them the paul mitchell for dogs shampoo and it was amazing! momma and puppies using the same hair care! I work from 8 in the morning until 5pm and I love that they walk my dogs in that time! I will definitly be coming back and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Pros: The help, service, cleanliness, all the lovely products and their PAUL MITCHELL stuff! more

I don really like to write this tape of thing but I was a very upset with what happen in this place. beside the grooming job being just ok, my puppies looked like the time I groomed them my self; NOT GOOD and the new manager or the guy in charge is not a very nice person and obviously has no idea about costumer service. or about the business he is in charge of. My Dogs New and ONLY place!! 5/24/2008

I just discovered the magical location that is chow bella! Ive been going somewhere else this whole time, and after the daycare my dog was always kind of feeling not like himself. My wife took him to chow bella the other day and when we picked him up, his tail was wagging, he was excited and he looked gorgeous!! I think we've found his new play place!! The front staff was also very friendly and helpful! more

Love their boarding! 10/12/2007

I travel almost every week for work and Chow Bella has always been their for me when I needed them! My dog seems to love the guys and he always looks so white and fresh smelling when I pick him up! I love his disposition when I come back to pick him up! I can tell he is genuinly happy!! The parking is kind of bad during lunch hours though... Pros: Great customer service, boarding!! Cons: the lunch hour parking! more

Worth the trip!! 9/8/2007

I drive to Chow Bella from Glendale hills on a friends recommendation and I am glad I did!! My dog looks beautiful! and he seems to be happier when I pick him up as apposed to how he was when we were at the glendale groomer... Now when we pull up to the exclusive barking signs ahahaha, he starts barking and can't wait to get out of the car to go see his friends in daycare!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Pros: One stop shop, they have it all!! Cons: parking during lunch hours is horrible! more

Best Daycare We've Been To 5/14/2007

Love the staff here. Daycare is SPOTLESS, they are always cleaning the place. Other places we tried are so dirty- hate that. Very reasonably priced. My shih tzu is happy to go there. I usually buy her something from their store after she gets groomed. Really cute stuff I haven't seen elsewhere. Parking during lunch hour can be busy, but they have dedicated spaces you just pull right in to. Overall we love it there and wouldn't go anywhere else. Pros: Super clean, nice boutique more
