Review content:
Left my Yorkie for nail trimming, shampooing, and belly shaving. Got him back with a haircut i never wanted or ordered. My work order did not indicate any hair cut. Manager of the store spoke to employee in Spanish who provided the service. Employee said it will never happen again. I wonder: if the employee does not speak English, how does that same employee follow the work order? Manager apologized, still charged me for services provided. Will think twice before going again.
