Worst

They gave my dogs mullets! I asked them to leave the hair one length all over. Puppy Cut. They got it so very wrong. My dogs looked better before they were groomed.

LOVE MY NEW PUPPIES!! 1/4/2007

I recently bought 2 yorkies from Chow Bella! The Deal I got was the best ever (TRUST ME I SHOP AROUND!!) The puppies were beautiful and my daughters LOVE THEM! They were super nice to me and gave me nive incentives for addopting the puppies! I got 2 free baths for each dog, and a good discount on supplies. I recently went back to give both Coco and Gucci hair cuts, and they look GORGEOUS!! Pros: Wonderful Staff, Great Grooming, and Moderatly Priced Cons: The restaurant Valet made it difficult to get in and out quickly more

Worst service ever! 7/18/2006

When I returned to get my dog, they gave me the wrong dog. I told them that this was not my dog and they said ""sure it is."" I told them I knew my dog and this wasn't her. PLus the dog they gave me was a male, mine is a female. They found my dog, gave her to me and said they mixed up, oops! OOPS? Poor poor poor service and to think that they could have given my dog to someone else other than me and to say ""oops!"". They also gave my dog the wrong haircut and cut the corner of her right eye. I WILL NEVER EVER SEND MY DOG THERE AGAIN AND I WILL LET EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER KNOW ABOUT MY TREATMENT. more

Instructions on shaving pet were not followed. PetSmart did a fantastic job. Tried Chow Bella because it is closer. Pet is clean, not too traumatized, but very discouraged over how the pet looks compared to other places. Lack of communication between person taking grooming instructions and the passing of that info to groomer may have been cause of poor following of instructions. Customer should speak with groomer direct. Pros: Close to home. Cons: Parking is next to restaurant valet parking. In and out off Ventura can be hard to get in and out. Needs to write more detailed instruction for groom or allow customer to speak directly with the gro more

WE LOVE OUR CHOW BELLA!!!!!!!!! 6/26/2006

I Loved the entire experience. I walked in as a new client of theirs, they were very helpful and very nice while explaining their services and cuts. My 3 Beuviers looked absolutly gorgeous after their cuts. The timing was right on the money!!! I Love this place, especially their wide variety of products and services. The parking was a little cluttered because of that restaurant, but it was no problem to worry about....Thank you guys!! more

3 Big Dogs Love Chow Bella! 12/5/2005

My three dogs love this place, and so do I. The staff is wonderful and my dogs always look great when they come out! I like it because I let my dogs play and dig in the dirt and I never get a complaint from the groomers about how dirty they are. They know my dogs work very hard to get a good grime on, so every month I get them clean. Great doggie stuff as well in the shop and always addorable pets for adoption. Thanks Chow Bella! Pros: happy staff, my dogs like them, moderate pricing Cons: not so good parking more

My black lab is happy for bath time again! One stop shopping for grooming, pet supplies, treats and if I ever need boarding I know where to come to. Thanks for your help with my dogs skin allergy- what a difference! Pros: drive up parking, cool staff, Happy pets more
