I had to schedule an appointment with Chico to see how my service was and I am happy I came to them because everything ran smoothly and easy! I took my car in the same day and got it returned the same day expected. Thank you for all of your help, it's nice to have my car back and running great like usual. Willie has always been very helpful in scheduling my appointments and making sure my car was taken care of. He always has time to answer questions and concerns. Having a service center in Redding will be helpful for me, and my hope is that I will continue to get excellent service. more

Always Amazed! 4/17/2012

Always amazed by the folks at Chico VW. I did receive the proper discount on my brake and oil change service, so they sent me a refund check to make up the difference. How nice is that? It was not that large of a difference, but I really appreciate their honesty and the extra breakfast I can now enjoy. more
