I have been very happy with Chem-Dry of Tennessee. They have been friendly, and the carpets have been cleaned beautifully. They clean and return them when they say they're going to, and the employees are always very nice. more

The person from Chem-Dry of Tennessee came, I showed him the spots, and he put something down to those. He cleaned the carpeting, and did a neat job! I've had them before. I knew of knew what to expect. I like Chem-Dry because it dries quickly. He's experienced! more

Professional and on time, even early sometimes! 7/9/2012

I've used Chem-Dry of Tennessee a couple of times. They are professional and easy to set up appointments with. They arrive on time, or are even early sometimes, which I like. They come in and do it as fast as they can but are completely efficient. They explain everything they are doing and always provide a good service. I'll definitely use them again. more

The 4 doesn't necessarily say anything about them, our carpet was really bad. I have been using Chem-Dry of Tennessee for about 7 years, and they're the best in town. It has been great. They're the only ones I use. more

Chem-Dry of Tennessee has been deep cleaning my carpets for quite a while. I have been satisfied with their work, I know the fellow pretty well now and he always gets the stains out. It is a great service. more

We have used Chem Dry several times and have always been happy with the results. The technicians who came to our home arrived when they said they would and were very friendly, professional and efficient. The carpets looked great and the office staff was really helpful, finding us the best possible deal with the current offers. more

Dirty Carpets Saved 4/30/2012

We purchased a new home and the carpets were really bad. We though we'd need to replace them for sure. Before that we though cleaning may save us some time and money. Well, that decision was a good one. Saved both, and now we can move in knoing they are clean and safe for our family. more

We were very much in need of a good thorough carpet cleaning. Our carpet is at least 20 years old and has definitely taken a beating. After having it cleaned by a carpet "shampoo" company, we didn't want to go that route again. I am glad we chose Chem-Dry. The technicians went through each room and explained the process they would use. They were friendly and very professional. Our carpet now looks and feels so much cleaner. We will definitely use Chem-Dry in the future. more

Great Customer Service 3/13/2012

We are very loyal customers of Chem-Dry. Jason has cleaned our carpets the last few times and always done a fantastic job. This time his machine actually malfunctioned without him knowing it. When we got home we noticed some missed spots on our carpet. We have never had this problem before, so we called Chem-Dry. Jason came back out and recleaned it for free and now it looks great! We will definitely use Chem-dry again in the future. more

Second service was better than first. 3/6/2012

Service yesterday included Clean Home for sanitizing throw up on carpet. The first visit for throw up on carpet about a month ago wasn't sanitized, although I thought it was. A new, inexperienced serive person came the first time and was as nice as she could be. Just not sure of what to do, I'm afraid.
