Chem-Dry of Tennessee cleaned my carpet for me. I wasn't there for the process, so my cleaning lady took care of it for me. They were apparently training a person while they were here, but the finished product was fine. more

Quick response and a great job. 11/12/2012

I had never used Chem-Dry of Tennessee before, but I'm very happy with what they do. I had four chairs and a couch in storage for a year and a half. The furniture had a smell of dust mites and storage space, and I had read in the newspaper that Chem-Dry was #1 for this kind of job, so I called them. They came out the next day and cleaned all the furniture. We also had them clean my daughter-in-law's carpets down the street. We were very happy with the results. more

I had the carpets in the whole downstairs area of my house cleaned by Chem-Dry of Tennessee. The technician was on time, he was super friendly, and he was informative about what he was doing. He was very professional, and he didn't take long. He did a great job. more

He and I had a lot of conversation and talked about each other's livelihoods for a bit, where we live and what we're doing. From 1 to 5, the experience with Chem-Dry of Tennessee would be a 5. They cleaned one room and a love-seat. I'm sitting in the love-seat right now. It needed cleaning, I called them, and they cleaned it. more

I called up Chem-Dry and explained to them the problem I was having. The technician came out and checked the problem out. I go out of town a lot and they were able to help me even when I wasn't there. They called me at least three times, talking about what he could do to help the problem. He seemed to know what he was talking about. more

The experience with Chem-Dry of Tennessee was awesome. The technician was together, he knew what he was doing, and he was very nice. I mean, it was awesome. He did an awesome job, personality and all. He was prompt and on time. I didn't have to wait or anything. He explained what he was doing, and we talked about products. I loved it. Jason arrived early and did a thorough inspection of our carpet and rugs in our house. He did a great job and would highly recommend Chem Dry to anyone! 9/4/2012

Our carpets and rugs are only 6 years old and for the first 4 years shoes were never worn inside the house. However, the past 2 years we have worn our shoes plus I have added 3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 rabbit, 2 birds and a 19 year old stepdaughter and her friends. In other words, the carpets were a mess. Jason came in a did a thorough inspection and advised us up front not sure if he could remove all of the puppy stains in the landing areas. I believe it took just over 2 hours to complete 4 rooms, 30 steps, 1 landing area and 3 rugs. I would say he was able to remove 100 stains in most areas however as he warned it was difficult in the landing areas. Regardless, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chem-Dry of TN to anyone interested in receiving quality work at a fair price!!! more

The people of Chem-Dry are polite, professional, and on time. They do the job they are supposed to do and they do it well. I hired them to clean some carpet stains, and am very pleased with my clean carpet. more

Great experience with no issues. 7/30/2012

Number one things about Chem-Dry of Tennessee, is they are on time and are very courteous. I'm in customer service myself and that is very important to me. They are also very clean, paid prompt attention and were able to work around my schedule. I called them, and they were able to come out two days later. He came in and cleaned a spot in a dressing room. It wasn't a very large spot, so he cleaned around the area for me too, which I really appreciated. I feel he went over and beyond for me. Chem-Dry of Tennessee is a family-owned company. I know the family, they are neighbors and are really great people who do a good job. I think they have really high expectations of their staff.
