Review content:
We were very much in need of a good thorough carpet cleaning. Our carpet is at least 20 years old and has definitely taken a beating. After having it cleaned by a carpet "shampoo" company, we didn't want to go that route again. I am glad we chose Chem-Dry. The technicians went through each room and explained the process they would use. They were friendly and very professional. Our carpet now looks and feels so much cleaner. We will definitely use Chem-Dry in the future.
