Number one things about Chem-Dry of Tennessee, is they are on time and are very courteous. I'm in customer service myself and that is very important to me. They are also very clean, paid prompt attention and
were able to work around my schedule. I called them, and they were able to come out two days later.
He came in and cleaned a spot in a dressing room. It wasn't a very large spot, so he cleaned around the area for me too, which I really appreciated. I feel he went over and beyond for me.
Chem-Dry of Tennessee is a family-owned company. I know the family, they are neighbors and are really great people who do a good job. I think they have really high expectations of their staff.
